We waited an hour for our food to come and had to pretty much scarf it down and pack up the rest to go as we had somewhere to be. The servers were really apologetic and comped us. Regardless, considering the size and success of this business, I am sort of shocked that they would skimp on servers on a Friday night. I get that Covid has made it challenging for restaurants to stay afloat, but understaffing during peak business hours is basically throwing your staff to the wolves. They are the ones who are going to have to deal with disgruntled and angry customers, not the people in corporate.
R	Rigil Kentaurus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the first customers to dine in this restaurant after one year this restaurant was closed for dining in due to covid restrictions, as what we were told by the staff.. and we were so happy with our experience!!! We were just stopping by for a while to try things out and our menus turned out so delicious!!! The customer service was spectacular and the waitress was so caring with our experiences here.. And I love the fact that there was a backyard patio available too.. overall, the atmosphere is inclusive and warm, as they are also LGBTQIA+ friendly, and serves marvelous food.. oh and I also love their toilets LOL! They're comfy and elegant haha.. thank you very much!
S	Solange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An all vegan restaurant in the heart of Toronto. The patio is located in has their backyard. The service is incredible, I truly felt like a valued customer. The plant based sausage pizza is delicious and so are the onion rings. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Wasn't aware it was vegan before arriving, but was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked my avocado toast, even without the poached egg! Service staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Accessible location that seemed very prepared for multiple large parties - I would recommend.
A	Alex Hoerner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to Fresh on Bloor as a last resort on Valentines day because it was one of the only restaurants that had reservations available for a last minute booking online the day before. We were welcomed in open arms by our waitress, Kate, who from the moment we entered gave outstanding customer service. The food was delicious and more filling than we thought but it tasted amazing. We had cauliflower wings, crunchy dumplings, avocado toast, pizza, BBQ burger, and some wine to go with it. All food was served with care, and for the one or two complaints we had, Kate did not hesitate to put the food on the house. I would 100% recommend Fresh for both the plant-based experience and the people who make the atmosphere that much greater! I muost certainly will be coming back in the future and will recommend to my friends!
M	Mariana Nunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to book a reservation in advance. They have a limited waiting time for guests to come which is 10 minutes. You have to show your vaccine passport and ID. Food is plant-based and affordable. Food took a long time to come. Food was good and healthy and sustainable. I have attached images of the menu as well as what I’ve ordered which is the crispy chicken sandwich. I recommend this place to people who are looking for a plant-based options and sustainable options to help the planet.
k	ketsiam claire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hidden patio on Bloor west. I ordered a vegan pizza and I was satisfied. It tasted very different from ur normal pizza but in a good way. The hot sauce was one the top 3 I have had. Food was served within 25min ( we were a large group) and our waiter did an excellent job.
