All staff was at the back, the counter had only one staff member and it was his first day. so I don't blame him for taking time to punch my order right. But he called another staff member to help with the order, and he took his own sweet time too. i was about to place the order from the app, while standing in the store, so that I can get it right but eventually they got it !! phew. Spacious store, but whatever tables were available were dirty. The only customers in there were us and one another family, still no one had bothered to clean the tables. Non-operational washroom. Had planned to have pizza with my wife and son in the store but ended up taking it out and eating in our car. Not going back there.

EVERY time I go, there is nobody working at the front and you either need to wait several minutes at the counter or yell to the back for an employee to come out. Never an apology for the delay, rather you are treated as if you are disturbing them.

There was a discrepancy with the app and instead of explaining what happened, the staff yelled at us and became very hostile and rude. Staff need to be trained on how to interact with customers as we did nothing wrong but were treated with disrespect.
T	Tina Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have our order. And then they just walked way and said they couldn't help us. On the phone 40 min with customer service before we hung up. Dinner was ruined. We won't be going back. Too many good pizza joints in the city to waste time with this one.
J	Jack Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible. at 7pm there were no single slices to choose from. service was slow. tables were ALL dirty. washrooms were locked. garbage was filled and couldnt fit anything. it wasnt busy to be this dirty. pizza was by far the worst pizza pizza ive ever had. just a complete mess.

I went there today to order a medium pizza and wings and there was a discrepancy in price. I told the lady politely this and she hot xnnoyed and told me I'm not trying to over charge you. I responded and said. I understand that but I've ordered here before and that not the usual price that I pay. She the rudely left the counter without serving me. Please work on your communication skills. Will not return to this place. There are lots of of pizza places nearby. I've put 0 star ? if it was an option.

Not only was the person in the front not where they were supposed to be, but I also had to wait about three minutes for them to come out because they were doing something in the back. They also made my pizza small, when I had ordered a medium, which added an extra 15 minutes wait time. The last straw was, when I asked for extra napkins, he gave me three in total, and told me “that’s enough.” When I told him I have three kids eating this pizza, I and I need a lot more, he said here, gave me one more. Very poor service and will not be returning care.
