They are always helpful and kind, and I have no complaints. They even offer delivery for certain areas! Definitely recommend them and supporting your local health care care providers like Bloom!

I am so impressed by their service and would recommend this small family business to everyone. I recently ran out of birth control and due to a manufacturers issue, I went to 3+ pharmacies and no one had any in stock. Not only did they have one in stock, they held it for me before my prescription was switched over and when I didn't make it that night to pick it up, the owner called to tell me that he was in the area and could drop it off with my concierge within 30 minutes. I've never received this kind of service, especially not from a pharmacy. Bloom - You are a valued and quintessential part of this neighborhood. Thank you.
k	kim harkness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been visiting Bloom Pharmacy since they opened in the original location (Fort York and Bathurst) for all of my prescriptions and my pet’s prescriptions. This is a family run place with amazing owners! They always go above and beyond and are so friendly. They really make you feel at ease. Even though they changed locations, which is a bit of a walk for us, we wouldn’t switch pharmacies because you don’t get high quality service like this anywhere else! Thanks Bloom :)

I called on Thursday, they ordered it and confirmed my prescription was sent to them and the IUD arrived. On Saturday, when I was downtown I forgot to pick it up and they were closing and I needed it for Monday morning. They offered to drop it off so I asked for my friend’s condo nearby. The service is amazing. I highly recommend to everyone and I am so sorry to the people who work here who helped me! Sorry I was so disorganized. Wish I could give more stars

They were right, the staff here are very friendly and attentive. So happy I switched to Bloom and can support a small business in our community!

They are the type of people that ask you how your day is when you arrive, and wish you well on your way out. Not to mention, they've called me every time my prescription was ready for pick up. Their service is on a different level than any other pharmacy I've been to. 10/10 recommend if you live in the area.
