Easily the best shoeless I ever went to and for sure one of the best restaurants in the area. I highly recommend to go eat here! Staff was amazingly friendly as well. Loved the customer service!!

If this reaches to the owner, I really recommend you to check who the manager was on duty - short, curly hair, woman. It was 5 of us on a professional get together and service was so poor. We waited 30 minutes for our first drink, then another 30 for round 2, only to be told that it's now out of stock - we politely asked for the cheque and they didn't bother to check in with us for another 30 minutes - it wasn't even busy!! I have been in Canada for about 10 years now and never faced such a service - it was embarrassing for this to happen in front of our friends visiting from Ireland. Finally few of us stood up to look around and ask for help ''NOW this manager jumps out of no where and says ''If you leave it will be considered stealing?'' SERIOUSLY!!! We don't even need to steal from you girl! I went to talk to her and then she hides in the kitchen because she exactly knows what she just did - without even knowing what's going on! Server was sweet, nothing against her - but this manager definitely needs some help with her unprofessional/inconsiderate attitude. At least she should be aware of her job description to the very least. Everybody has good or bad days but you cannot just take it out on your customers for no reason at all!

We were still able to get drinks and food and they us stay as long as we needed. The staff here are great. Our server was Amanda and she was great

Bacon is perfectly cooked and sweet at the same time. Along with their spinach dip with goat cheese was amazing. Never liked goat cheese and they made it amazing!! Full 5 stars for me.

Upon arriving no clean tables were ready and we were put at table for two, when there is a group of five. After asking multiple times they cleaned another table. As at the beginning we were told the hostess didn’t feel like cleaning tables. Almost all appetizer were out of stock. Order was not taken properly. When we told the waiter the fries are recooked and drenched in oil, she advised me no point in requesting for another one as it won’t change the quality. I would advise to stay and eat at any other restaurant around this location. Amsterdam brewery is an excellent choice. Even Harvey’s and Swiss chalet are much better than this. If you want to eat at shoeless go to the new market location as the chef actually cares about the food quality and the waiters their care about your experience. The oil on the napkin is from just small piece of fries.
A	Allison Pilgrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by Shoeless Joes earlier this afternoon and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was so kind - the waitress was awesome! We had the spinach, artichoke and goat cheese dip to start and it was absolutely delicious. Both of our entrees were delicious as well & the drinks were great as well! Overall a very great experience in such a cute bar! Would go again ? highly recommend!

S	Stephanie Rowley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I had the worst experience at Shoeless Joe’s. There were 8 of us who arrived for lunch prior to a Jay’s game. The restaurant was not busy at the time, yet we waited over half an hour for drinks, and even longer to place our food order. When our drinks were brought out there were mistakes, and when our food was brought out there were also mistakes. In one instance, my friend was given a bowl instead of a burger. The waitress said she’d rush the order. It came over 20 minutes later… the burger was dry, there was a long hair in the centre of it, and it had zero sauce. Her salad was brown. As for the other meals, the chicken sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken on it, and the souvlaki bowls had only one small skewer of chicken and zero dressing… overall poor experience.
