★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here a few days ago and was waiting to be seated. I waited quite a bit, and after no one approached me, I entered and approached who I thought was a server and asked if I needed to wait. She turned around and said "wait at the ****** door". I was quite shocked. The server's name apparently was Chantal. Not sure if this is even the correct name she gave me. Anyway, I immediately turned around and left. Seems like others have had issues with customer service at this location as well. Quite disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I’ve been to this location previous times during the day and if I ever decide to go back it will be only during those times. First off, the waitress kept questioning my drink of choice this evening. I asked for a double vodka soda never new that was so complicated. Had to tell her about 3 times club soda. I got vodka tonic (facepalm)!!!I asked the waitress if I could switch this to vodka soda she proceeded to tell me that what I had was in fact a vodka soda. I told her this tasted sweet and she gave me a lesson on that club soda is sweet and tonic is bitter. Almost, had a laugh but out of respect didn’t fight them. Just asked for a new one and I’m pretty sure they brought me back just club soda. We waited at least 10 mins to see if they would bring us utensil and napkins but nothing. Thought that was common sense when food comes out. Seemed like they were giving my friend and I hard time on purpose. They need retrain there evening staff to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartender was attentive and accurate with service. Food was hot and delivered to our table super quick. Price was very reasonable considering we were downtown Toronto on a game night. We had a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, good prices. Personal favorites are the Wings Poutine with Paala Sauce, wings and Angus Burger. The Frozen Lemonade are a summer must. The staff BTW is probably the best in the industry. If you want quality service with great food, I highly recommend any St. Louis location. They are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever location to have dinner. Firstly reception service is very poor. Moreover, customer won’t get proper service for taking orders. Food was pathetic and bizarre. Don’t even try anything from here. If you wanna watch game from outside of rogers centre then go. And it’s ridiculously expensive. For 2 people 3 food items and 2 pitchers it was $110…?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly staff, and great wings! Sad they dont do wing night anymore but totally understandable. We always got our drinks very quickly. It was pretty dead when we went a few weeks ago, so sometimes I’m afraid that means it’ll be slower service, but we had a pleasant evening!

I HAD THE SOUTHERN CHICKEN SANDWICH AND OMG ITS SO FRESH AND GOOD. So delicious
ITS 2.00 PM IN THE AFTERNOON NOT all lot of people so perfect.
Customer service was PERFECT MY WAITRESS WAS SO HELPFUL.
I WILL BE COMING HERE AGAIN.
