β β β β β We just went to the Dairy Queen hoping to use a coupon which expires Dec 19th but he said it wasnβt valid till Nov 26. After buying at full price we looked at the coupon and it said no such thing. As well, he was about to give us small blizzards after we paid for medium but we stopped him just before he started to make them. Not impressed almost getting ripped off twice on one order. *Caution when going here*

β β β β β Came here November 8th for a couple of blizzards and service was quick and friendly. The gentleman working was very kind and patient since I was a bit indecisive. Even came out from behind the counter and danced around for my 1 year old daughter then opened the door for me and the stroller.
I ended up with two mini sized blizzards and a dilly bar. The blizzards melted a bit while walking home but I figured since it was a warmer day and such a small amount of icecream that it was a given.

β β β β β LIED TO so a low rating for service.
My boyfriend and Iwent in a couple of minutes ago looking for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I was told this item was unavailable. Then I was told they were out of my second option, reeses cups. So, I ordered something else. A guy came in after me and order A STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE WITH EXTRA REESE CUPS. I then asked the lady serving me if I could have strawberry because her colleague happily (and had the items for it) made it. She refused because I had already paid her for another flavour.
Many other items were APPARENTLY out of stock as well so my boyfriend couldn't even get his top 3 choices. But maybe she was lying about those, too.

β β β β β Went to this location tonight and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a medium blizzard and received a small (even though I paid for a medium). It was also basically vanilla ice cream with no toppings. My sister paid with cash and the cashier said βI donβt have the extra 10 cents to give you.β If they donβt have the correct change available then they should have a sign saying no cash. Just bad all round.

β β β β β Gotta be honest I don't know why reviews are so harsh. The location is excellent and the ice cream tastes great. Also the staff is always friendly. Last time I went I was helped by Varun (hopefully I caught his name correctly) who was super friendly and clearly a hard worker. I think this is a great place for ice cream downtown and I recommend it.
