They didn’t have fries in the most rush hours and this is how is looking like their nuggets lol . They also add me piece of strip to my bag thanks . İ don’t recommend anyone and poor customer service

I haven't had the Festive Special in years. So when I had a craving for it, I caved. Normally I would have ordered fries but this time I tried the mashed potatoes for the first time. I wanted to love it but didn't. There was no flavor to the mashed potatoes, and the gravy was over-salted to compensate. The chicken however was excellent!

The worst restaurant that I ever try. I asked for a 2 special dinners to go for 22$... Supposed to be 2 chicken legs, fries and drinks... When arrive to the beach I realize that the put just one chicken in each plate and very small, no forks and knifes, no napkins. So dicusting eat a cesar salad, and chicken with the hands and nothing to clean the hands... I'll never recommend this restaurant...

The quality of service from this location has significantly deteriorated recently. After years of ordering with no issues the past several orders have been very disappointing. Issues ranging from completely missing items, to dried out chicken to significant delays in receiving food. My most recent order was received 50 minutes past the estimated delivery time, the food was cold and dried out. After 30 minutes of trying to work with customer service (in which I was hung up on after waiting a significant amount of time while they attempted to contact the store) I was simply told that delivery times are not guaranteed and no matter how late my food was I would not receive a credit. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. I attempted to call the store several times and each time the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Please avoid this location at all costs until management is changed.

I would give less than 1 star if possible! Placed our first order, received confirmation and order number to later find out the order hadn’t actually gone through. Wasted an hour waiting! Placed a second order via the app and was told to expect delivery after 6pm. Received an update that our order was out for delivery but order didn’t appear for nearly 40 minutes. By that time the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. Our tiny slices of pie warm and crushed in their containers. Called the store to speak with the manager but was told the manager was too busy. While he was too busy to speak with a customer he was passing information onto the staff member rather than speak himself. Was told he would eventually get in touch. 3 times we called the customer service number only to be hung up on all 3 times. While making the delivery the driver blocked the road refusing to move for the traffic backing up behind him. When he did finally move, parking up on the curb and blocking part of a busy sidewalk, he began arguing with the traffic that passed by. Huge failure by the app, terrible delivery person and horrible service from a manager. Waiting for our refund!!!!!

Here's the key to enjoying Swiss Chalet: Go to the restaurant and dine in. NEVER order it delivered, or get it to go. It's bizarre but the difference is astounding. When it's take out or delivered, it's a congealed greasy mess. When you get it served to you on a plate at the restaurant, it's delicious. It's been this way for years and years.

Had a relaxing dinner with husband and son to celebrate a year end dance recital. Beautiful drive to downtown Toronto enjoying the awesome sites along the way. Friendly, welcoming staff. Server recommended the perfect alcoholic drink for me. Manager made sure we had a great experience. Pop in when you are in the area for a meal or take out.

I been to this restaurant many times before the pandemic and I can tell you that reading the reviews from before the mayhem of the pandemic about the food or the service well they don’t lie!!! Anyway it’s Mother’s Day weekend and my mother wanted to eat Swiss Chalet, so it’s her special day so why not and we were with family so we all agreed to go. We decided to come to the Queens Quay location because it was the closest even though I’m not a fan of this place as I use to be. Well after staying 2 hours here with my family, I can tell you this I don’t know what they did to improve this place but it’s so much way better!!! Me and my family had an amazing night and I am happy to say that I will be returning more often again. The service was fast and and the servers were so nice when they sat us, Secondly the food was why better then I had before, fresh, fully cooked and hot, not raw or undercooked like I had before the last time I was here! Also I noticed you have better servers, they did great! Our server name was Natasha I think that’s how you say her name she has blonde hair? Well even when she so was busy with us and her other tables, she always made sure we had what we needed we enjoyed talking to her because she was so kind, and funny and I can tell she has so much potential with her personality, she made our experience amazing night specially with my mother. She mentioned that the was a new general manager, and his changing everything and improving the restaurant more. All I can say this new general manager is way better the the old one because you can tell he cares about his customers, keep up the good work this place needs it!
