Jeff, along with Kerry, treat your bike like it was their own; they meticulously service bikes at an elite mechanical level as well as update, inform and explain every part of the process to you, the client. This was my first experience with Black and Gold.....as long as Jeff is in business, I'll be a client. No need to think about it, go see Jeff for all your motorcycle needs!!

Jeff gave me a detailed assessment of the possible issues. He stayed in regular communications with me, sourced parts economically, and came in considerably under budget. I highly recommend his shop to all motorbike owners - it's a big deal to have a shop you can trust.
