★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spent over $500 at this place only to learn afterwards they don't do refunds. The staff is very helpful when you are buying probably cause they make commission but take a turn for the worst when you try to bring anything back.
They don't know their own policies, they keep quoting that you have 7 days to bring merchandise back but their own website states 14 days... bunch of liars
I will never ever be shopping here again & I advise everyone else to be cautious of this organization as well.
There are many other stores that you can go to for this sort of merchandise
I wish I could give them 0 stars but that still won't bring back my $500...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service experience this afternoon when I ask for clip on earrings. The earrings are on display with no sign whatsoever to say you are not allowed to try them. But this girl refuse to let me see the unopened stock when I mentioned my ears are itching from trying one of the earrings. She practically made me feel like I was going to steal a freaking $20 earrings from her!

Beautiful items they have, prices are so good for their sterling silver - which doesn’t rust, basically lasts forever. I don’t think I would bother buying anything real again, when I can get beautiful stuff here for a third of the cost and lasts.
Also bridal collection is AMAZING. So Beautiful and If you compare the cost of the items to a bridal store you’d love this place.

Staff were quick to welcome me and offer assistance. I came here to browse only.
It's not my fashion jewelery outlet but many of the costume pieces were flashy and looked amazing!
A tip if you want to see what a certain item looks like on you (e.g. earrings)...You try, you buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no issue with the store itself but the manager made me never want to go into this store ever again!
I called ahead to check if they had a necklace in stock and the person who answered the phone was lovely, unfortunately when I got to the store the manager working was completely unprofessional and rude to her employees. While I waited to pay, two workers were at the cash helping customers while the manager yelled at them telling them to speed it up. It was clear that the manager was making customers and the workers uncomparable with her behavior and the way she talked to her employees in front of customers. Her employees were wrapping everything as it was Christmas eve, the line wasn't long at all. I find it completely unprofessional to see employees getting yelled at for doing their job while the manager is standing there doing nothing, just yelling at them to speed it up. I understand the manager has a responsibility to make sure the store runs smoothly but she was not doing anything, so if she is concerned about the customers waiting too long, why couldn’t she step up and help instead of just humiliating her employees and abusing her power? I really hope that Bitter Sweet as a company cares; looks out for its employees, and has protocols in place to prevent managers from taking advantage of their employees.
