★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgrace for a bmw dealership. Liars and crooks. They told me the tow truck driver left the car where he wasn't and they charged me for and and said they had to call a tow truck to move in 3 meters to the door. Bunch of liars after I had to argue with the general manager to get my money back. Rude and unprofessional wasn't expecting that from the general manager, but that's where the staff learn from. Also found out they over charged me on a part 40 dollars when I called another dealer and got a quote. Please call other bmw dealerships and get part quotes before paying them, all parts in canada are the same price. Check your invoice before paying. This dealership is a DISGRACE and if I could I would give it zero they shouldn't even be open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited 2 birchwood stores today which BMW is one of them, we were expecting to see the brand new 19 BMW X5 in showroom but unfortunately they still display the old one which one of the sales told us they won't bring any in until they sell out the 18s. Well, at lease this person talked to us even though he didn't want to bring a 19 to show us or give us more info about the vehicle such as a brochure and you can see there was another couple gentlemen casually talking in front of one office. Ps: I currently own 17 Q7 and 18 S5 which I've visited Mercedes and Porsche before as well and they did good job, really disappointed from birchwood BMW and would never buy a car from them, would order from other dealerships out of province if really like.

He answered all of our questions completely and even went above and beyond with detailed explanations. Overall the entire team at Birchwood BMW is accountable and the icing on what is already a beautiful car that they sell.
