J	Jordan Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good stay. Upon arrival we were once again greeted by very friendly, welcoming staff. Stayed in a smoking room, that unlike other motels, was actually immaculately clean and did NOT smell of old smoke. Second stay here, exact same experience as the first. Cheap and well worth your money. If your in town, I would recommend you choose BigHorn for your accommodations. We have been nothing but happy with there services.
K	Kate Egglestone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I broke down in Hinton and ended up stuck for a few days so we stayed at the Big Horn Motel, the room was filthy. The line of dirt under the heaters at the edge of the room must've been half an inch thick. The heating didn't work and even when we requested a heater (in -40!) the owner took over 3 hours to bring us one. She was extremely rude to myself whilst being over friendly, to the point of flirtatious with my husband directly infront of me. When we turned the lights off to sleep bugs emerged from every crack in the walls, floors and skirting boards and where absolutely everywhere which was disgusting. The maid let herself into our room the next morning without knocking or announcing herself in any way, while we were still in bed! There was no WiFi either despite it being advertised and us being told by the owner, Sandy, that it worked. I've only given this place one star to be able to review it, in all honesty I'd give it zero. I would never stay here again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
L	Leah Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving a one star as that is just for the bed! Although we were told it is queen size it isn't but thankfully was comfortable! We were also told it was a smoke free room but the stench of cigarettes got me at the door. So thankfully between benadryl and Tylenol I made it through the night. The bathroom ceiling stipple is coming off, the chair looks like it's been through hell and back!! Do not recommend this place at all. And the cost of it was through the roof. If it wasn't for being so late when we got in, I would have demanded our money back!! Disgusting! And there is no air conditioning but thankfully there were fans. Now waking up with a horrible headache! Bring on more Tylenol!! Thank god this was the last night of our holiday!
K	Kiwi1988able on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we could leave less than 1 star I would. I'm having a hard time seeing the rating as 3/5. We stayed here months ago and I will never forget it. The smell was awful, it was so so awful. I can still taste how bad it smells. I felt terrible letting my kids sleep here. We were charged $160 for the night.... One Hundred and Sixty dollars for the most disgusting/dirty/dilapidated room I couldve imagined. The fact that they took that much from us and every other poor soul that has stayed here and havent put it into the motel for upgrades or even proper cleaning is disgraceful. We tell friends and family about the night we stayed at the big horn as a monumental F around and a comparison to other peoples hotel nightmares.

No one was around at the hotel to check us in when we arrived either. Definitely not a smoke free premises as google suggests. Our room reeked and had 2 ash trays left on the table. No AC in any of their rooms. Parts of the ceiling stipple where coming off in chunks. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. You get a great view of a truck stop or the highway. Only real positives are that its pet friendly and has decent water pressure in the showers. Wouldnt go back, theres other similarly priced places with better rooms.

Staff was very accommodating and even helpful with letting us keep a few bags in office after check out til we had our ride out to campground! A definite place we will stay each time in town!
