★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Parmesan Shrimp Spaghetti, beef steak with spaghetti and kids chicken strips with salad, there were cutlery on the tables by they served the spaghetti plates with spoons, we ordered thousand island with the salad and they forgot to serve it and when we informed the server she brought us a normal dressing salad, they also gave us a coloring book that was torn in the middle of it but she apologized and gave us 2 instead.
The food was very tasty and the washrooms were clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I ordered a typical simple order of pizza, waited 2 hours for delivery despite calling for updates. Apparently they left our order at the pick-up counter. The decided to deliver our pizza for free at our doorstep. Which was a really satisfying way to handle this issue. That being said, we felt guilty and wish they had just given our pizza to the staff.
It was obviously cold and our frustration was that the original 45 minute estimate was already long, then and hour, and so on... How would they expect to leave a hot pizza under these timelines. When we called the person who answered "looked into it" and that it would be ready shortly, Which means it probably hadn't been in the oven yet and they forgot. By 1.45 hours the manager realized the problem and delivered with the free gesture.
Again really appreciated but obviously some performance issues to address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre food, as you'd expect from a chain. However, don't order delivery. I've ordered several times, prepaid online, and the drivers NEVER follow the delivery instructions. They try to deliver to the wrong door almost every time. They knock when I asked them not to. I've left the instructions online, I've also called and left the instructions with the restaurant themselves. NEVER followed. I'm injured, so the instructions are there for more than just convenience, it would be nice if it was communicated.

She made the entire experience so fun and also was so attentive towards us as well as had great recommendations for drinks/food! 1000/10 experience due to server and food!

As always Boston Pizza is always yummy and top notch when it comes to taste and food.
We were travelling from Jasper to Edmonton and kids were hungry so we decided to stop here.
If you order one adult meal $16 or above the KID EATS FREE. OFFER VAILD FOR MARCH MONTH ONLY.
Our server was Emily who is great to help out with kids extended choices in their meals and deserts.
If you are travelling by through this way, have fun.
MUST VISIT GUYS!!!
