S	Siegfried Gottz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slowand terrible, my cousin came in before us and asked for a table of 4 and they gave him a small 2 seater table next to the kitchen, then told us when we came in to just stand next to him at his table and wait meanwhile there was an empty table next to us. Once we finally did get seated the waitress was excellent so no complaints there however at around 930 afterthe game was done the owner or manager went around turning off the TVs for other customers who were clearly annoyed. Went again t2 nights later to watch the finals of Calgary flames vs Dallas ar around 830 he told us immediately quiet rudely that kitchen and bar was closed. So we up and left to the game on bar served us drinks total of around 100 bucks and let us watch the rest of the game so if you want good and friendly service I suggest you go there and this boston pizza
C	Crystal Allary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out tonight and was extremely disappointed. My calamari was over cooked and hard. They missed my extra dips and gravy that I ordered, missed my dip for my bandera bread also didn’t include my child’s drink or apple sauce. Will definitely be choosing take out from other places in town after tonight’s experience. Overall not happy with my order at all.

They forgot the meat in my pasta dish and the waitress said she would make it right but I didn't see her until my food was finished and she announced " the kitchen forgot" (15 mins later) no discount. The food is under par at best for the price of a finer dining experience.
C	Cassie C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! We got stuck in Merritt because of highway closures and walked in an hour before closing. The manager/supervisor told us half hour wait at least as there was a rush of people who came in because of the closures. I'm sure he saw how tired we were and said actually give me a minute, and cleaned a table and sat us within a few minutes! He went above and beyond for us. We were so thankful! Quick drinks and great service and food.

I was told they had already taken the last to go call for the night. Went there in person to order to go, was told by host that they had a hockey team order come in and they won't serve me because of it. I just wanted a meal to go as I'm here in a effort to help rebuild your town. Thank you for making it clear to me that the individuals don't matter to you. I'm sure the local team had food available at there homes and would not have minded you serving me since I was there well before closing. This happened 1/4/22 @830pm. I'll be sure to tell the rest of the crew to not count on the posted hours. I hope management takes action to ensure it's costumers that the posted hours of business will be respected. Can’t wait until the Mr.Mikes opens up to go there instead! Update: I emailed them with my info as they asked. Someone called me stating he’s contacting me because I asked him to. He had zero backstory as to why I had left my contact info in the first place. You have a disconnect between the restaurant and head office and your PR person. #Boondoggle

No sign at the front desk, wait to be seated, manager had us go back to the front to check that we had our covid shots, instead of checking them at the table we where already at, and had them both ready. Service was extremely slow. Ordered a Budweiser, but got a fruity beer instead, waitress did not believe us about that. But brought us bottles after. Warm beer, but the right beer. Nachos to start. Just had to pick off the million jalapeños, there is a point where spice nachos are good. And where you have just gone too far. This was to far. We both got a pasta, both where swimming in grease and I mean swimming. Please use the picture for reference. Hopefully this pushes people to McDonald’s, because it’s less greasy and the services is better.
R	Rob McCallum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Dad here for lunch today when passing through from Kamloops. Very clean from the parking lot, to the dining area to the bathroom. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Very friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back. Nice Celtic jersey on the wall. Too bad about the Rangers jersey;)
