★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, the owners were very friendly. The room was nicely equipped and clean the beds were comfortable and when we needed an extra hour after check out wasn't a problem. Would recommend if in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hidden motel. We stayed here after the Ramada wouldn't take our debit card for payment. The motel has a log cabin feel, and the theme continues with warm, inviting, newly renovated rooms. Great choice of colours, art, and linens. Friendly staff and a family-run business, and only $85. We'll be staying here again.

The Owners were super awesome and self manage the place.
Cons:
Place needs more TLC, has a lot of potential
Fridge hasn't been fixed, so there's a weird hissing sound!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay, our room was nice and had that cabin type of feeling to it. Our sleep was good, the bed was great. But, yes there is a but.... I'm sorry to inform yous that we were woken up to a scream going on in our room. It sounded like a woman screaming that was faded. When I got up to find out, why and where. I found out it was from the refrigerator screaming. I kind of had to laugh, thinking it was a haunting. But no, the refrigerator was making the sound in our room #2. I did let the nice guy downstairs in the office know. Hopefully it gets fixed or replaced. Because I did unplug it, and didn't plug it back in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be deceived by outward appearances! This cozy motel, while a bit smaller is very comfortable and is far more affordable than the larger and more expensive hotels. Charming with a rustic look, the interior has been updated with everything you'd need to spend a comfortable evening.
The shower may be a bit small in the room I stayed in, but I was impressed by the comfort and cozy nature. Everything worked, and although there wasn't every amenity the AC, heat, TV, fridge and WiFi worked perfectly.
You may need to yell at the counter for the gentleman to attend you if the bell doesn't do the job, but he is a most pleasant man and very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for a basic budget motel. They had one room left when I called last minute at 8:30 pm (all other motels I tried were fully booked) and got us out of the pouring rain. The owners at the front desk were really nice and accommodating. The room was basic, but had clean sheets and towels and good WiFi.
