★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is argumentative. I gave them my company card to pay for the room, and they asked for my credit card for so called possible damage claims. They charged my credit card for the room to double dip as they already were paid by my company card. Keep an eye on your card. I did get a reversal. Took a few days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed at this hotel twice and would highly recommend it. The customer service was excellent from check-in to breakfast in the morning and our kids loved the waterslide. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe. I also appreciated that the hotel uses real plates and cutlery rather than throw away packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was busy and we were worried about noise, but the room was quiet and beds were good. Some worn furniture's, funky smell when first opening the door, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a night as somebody recommended exploring Merritt. We stumbled upon Ramada via checking for a hotel online.Hotel is located at accessible location. Close to restaurants, pub & bar and gas station. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, large in size with king size bed. The breakfast offered by hotel was great.
The views from Hotel are amazing. I fell in love with Merritt. Will surely visit again and stay at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were great but breakfest was a very weird situation. They have some one serve you your eggs and sausage and make your toast. Something I'd way rather do my self. Ita kinda weird and I won't be going back just for that reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for three nights and our room was made up only once. Did not receive any clean towels and clean sheets. When asked at time of checkout the lady behind the front desk said they don't have the capacity to clean rooms everyday.... but we pay 180 a night. Hot tub was way too hot. We have stayed at this location before and it is sad to see the facility basically falling apart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very nice , we had a pet friendly and I felt that the room was cleaned well enough from the pet friendly users before us. Breakfast was good as well. However the night staff lady who checked us in was not friendly and honestly kind of rude. If she doesn’t like her job why doesn’t she quit. How many reviews do you need on her customer service being terrible before you look at hiring someone else. If there was a different attitude when we called to book the room and then checked in the next night you would of gotten 5 stars.
