Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received in this store today. I walked in with a clear plastic mask on (which I wear everywhere). The person at the front said these were not allowed and provided me a "medical" mask. I took it without saying anything (although every other store I've been in is fine with it). So as I was switching it up, I was asking him how it worked as I was looking around. He said we will need to wait until your mask is in place...like what? So then he proceeded to walk me over to the stove section rather quickly while staying so far away from me I could hear nothing that he said, like I had some horrible disease. I asked a few questions, which I could not hear in that he was standing so far away from me. Then he walked away rather abruptly and so I pulled down the mask so I could breath (there was no one anywhere near me and its a huge warehouse (I have issues breathing with them, and get BAD headaches). Another employee came over and proceeded to pre-rate me for pulling it down and said to me "I didn't need to be here"...it was horrible and I felt abused. What have we gotten to where employees are allowed to treat and speak to customer this way....its unbelievable.

Had a scheduled date to pick up an appliance. Showed up on the scheduled date and customer pick up was closed that day. They made no effort to rectify their wrong doing. Very upset as this has now wasted not only entire day but the helper I had recruited to help with this task, and the fuel to drive across town and back multiple times.

There weren't many appliances there. I guess I was expecting too much. Also, I didn't really see good discounts for appliances I was looking for.

Great little place to find appliances for a bit cheaper off price. They also had a few tvs, but the told us a lot of electronics were not available at that location.

Stay away from this store. They don't hold any appliance over night for an outside delivery company. So they basically force you to pay in advance and wait a week for their overpriced delivery. The the delivery never gets to you, they don't pick up the phone, and when you show up and ask for a refund they tell you they need to locate the driver first to make sure they still have the package. It's basically a coverup for stealing people's money and not deliver any actual product. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place

You get what you pay for, a clearance appliance. After sales service is non-existent. If you have any problems, of any kind, call Geek Squad or fix it yourself. Even then, the best you can hope for is to get sent to the manufacturer. I bought a dishwasher, got it home and discovered that there was no power cord. Could not get through to anyone, at any of Best Buy's phone numbers, or was told that they couldn't help me. Drove half an hour and was given a new cord, thankfully they were open that day. Installed the dishwasher and it wouldn't work. After several days I was connected to Best Buy's contractor, Assurant, who were supposed to call me and send a technician. Two days of no contact and I called them, and was told that they had nothing and transferred back to the beginning. 3 times. I finally gave up and connected to Geek Squad, again. This time I was connected to the manufacturer who, connected me to Totem Appliance. Totem got a technician out quickly, replaced a circuit board and suddenly I have a working dishwasher. Almost a month from the time of purchase to being able to use it. At this point I could have bought the same from an actual appliance store for slightly more and had everything I wanted a lot sooner. I have had bad experiences with Best Buy before, but they were relatively minor. After this, I just can't be bothered to deal with them again. There are other stores, the price differences are small, and I'm willing to pay a little more for much better service.

Good deals on all kinds of appliances!! Mostly have minor dent and Must visit if you r in the area to hunt for appliance. Closed on Tue-Wed so Thursday is pretty busy day here.

These guys a a huge scam. I have never been treated so rudely by a customer support rep in my life as well. Do yourselves a favour and Steer clear of geek squad. They will do their best to take you for a ride.
