★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It pains me to give one star, but I have to. When I took my truck in, the technicians took a look at my truck and stated that it would take roughly a week and gave me a quote. They had my truck for not a week, but a month, and I had to phone them multiple times to get any information on what they were doing. While they claimed they would contact me every step of the way, they did not.
I asked them to fix a couple things on my truck, which they said they would. When I arrived to pick it up, they had skipped several repairs that I had requested, and replaced parts without checking with me (such as my entire exhaust system, which I planned on fixing myself. When i asked, they said that they "forgot to mention it on the phone". Finally, the final bill was over twice what they quoted me (while they added a few costs, MOST of which they checked with me, the final bill was still over the top).
They did a good job working on the engine, but in every other area of service I was not impressed. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. I talked with many of my friends and family, and none of them were impressed with the service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob and Otto had my deleted 2013 Ram 3500 diagnosed over the phone. Their crew pulled my turbo off the truck and cracked it open to find a cracked unison ring. Bernhausen's on hold message says it all. " Are you tired of the dealership revolving door?" This was my exact case, the Willowbrook Chrysler revolving door. Bernhausen Diesel is now my go to diesel shop 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them install one of their own kits on my 2015 F350. I dont trust their installs or custom made components. Their custom made components failed while driving, thankfully it was not while driving on the highway. But of course, everything is my fault because their lift is not ment to be taken off the pavement. Works really good in the driveway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give a huge thanks to the guys at Bernhausen for helping me out, I needed the Nipple ball tube O rings replaced on my 2003 F350 6.0 and they got me in right away, gave me the estimate right away. Not only did they complete it right away they were right on the estimate they gave me. I will defiantly be using them again.
