★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to set up an appointment for Prime Forklift Services to inspect the batteries of our forklift. They arranged to meet, and yet did not show up at all for the appointment. I called later on to reschedule, got his voicemail, and yet he did not even call me back. How does a company like this do business? Is it their business model to turn down work and not even show up for appointments or give explanations as to why they didn't show up?
