Product was not as pictured
The pictures on line show a good quality Swiss gear bag. Absolutely not as pictured; this is a cheap knock off of the bag I ordered. Because I used PayPal the store refused to refund it. Bentley’s online did take the return and said they would not charge me for shipping or the restocking charge. Because of the shipping charges and possibly of restocking charge if I need to return an item and the unfriendly way they treat PayPal customers, I will never shop at Bentley’s again
