Within an hour, George had assessed the condition of my bike and sent me the cost for the work. The bike was ready for pickup in just 2 days. It feels like a new bike! So much better than the tune up done at a large Burlington bike shop last year, after which the gears kept shifting unexpectedly. If you're looking for boutique quality at a reasonable price, Bent Rim Cycle is the place to go.

George showed up on time, got right to work servicing my wife’s adult trike and my 10 speed.
He was professional, knowledgeable and informative.
We found that he took his time to throughly assess & tune up both bikes. He found an issue with my wife’s bike that will require parts to be ordered - he was more than fair on pricing.
