Not only did I lose my client I will not be recommending any more clients to use them. I talked with the manager ann and she is supposed to have the owner contact me

Had two different experiences with them (within 1 year) and bought the straightforward paint product that they shouldn't go wrong with. Both products weren't good to b used. They weren't shacked "prepared" properly, and there was obvious non-mixed colours that as a result made the final colour not matching. I gave two stars for the only reason that my all other Benjamin Moore experiences are great.

Always personable and friendly while offering amazing products and service. Have bought primers, interior and exterior paints, tools, supplies, and used their colour matching service. Just finished a bathroom repair where I needed a colour match and the the extra work they did into matching it paid off because it is absolutely identical to the colour I needed. Can't express enough how much Silver Brook is a model business. Thank you Silver Brook!

Silver Brook Paints Inc. just helped to level up our living room, second floor, powder room and stairwell.... helping us to select + apply gorgeous paint colours and wallpaper. Professional, friendly, polite, extremely time efficient and within budget, I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. Don't tell me husband that I'm already thinking about rehiring them to help paint and add that beautiful, polished look to every other room in the house, hahaha... (not kidding). If you were looking for a sign to align with some pros to beautify your home, let this be it – we couldn’t be happier.
