★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy I dealt with omitted the fact that the $25 charge he was kind enough to waive was a recurring monthly charge. I work for Telus, im aware of the process with setting up a new device, I understand the lingo. This man did not at any point tell me that it was recurring, he just kept saying he'd "waive the charge today". Expect to see me soon so you can take this device back. Worst bell experience I've had, every other location has been superb. I do not doubt there are superb employees at this location, however that was not my singular experience. Very disappointed as a fellow phone retailer and very annoyed as a customer. Stuff like this loses customers entirely. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because he was able to get everything set up fairly quick throughout the interaction and transaction. It would be three, but he wasn't informative at all, everything he said. I could read on the info card for the smart watch.

Since the Note 3 to now the Note 22 (S22 Ultra), I've always gotten great service from the guys here at Sunridge Bell. My man Cole has helped me connect my Tab S7 to 5G, and now my Note 22 to 5G. Always a great experience & expert customer service. Also now in their bigger store. Love my Note 22 ! Thanx Cole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Into this location to update my phone and plan. The sales representative who helped me, Cole, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He was able to distract from the commotion of this location’s soft open, and was hilarious to talk to. I really hope his request for a number pad is acknowledged and granted!!
