★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went in there to switch to a family plan (he is with bell I am with Telus) and they let us in but made little effort to help us get new phones. Seemed very uninterested, didn't seem to eager to get me to switch providers, and did an extremely poor job explaining how/what we would have to do to convert our existing contracts to a shared plan. Needless to say they lost not only my switch over but lost my partner's business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Associate Derek was amazing at helping us get not only what we needed but helped us reduce our monthly bill based on our usage. It was amazing to see a sales Rep. Willing to better our financial situation and sell us what we needed, instead of just throwing numbers at us and telling us what the best deal is per dollar was in an attempt to swindle us into a plan we would never use.

Also, I appreciated how him and his coworkers assisted one another- they are all very knowledgeable at their jobs and so quick to help.
