The service she gave was exceptional, seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. She did not try to upsell me or lead me in other directions. What she did was educate me on diamonds and that helped me to make the proper decision. I am pleased to announce my fiance said YES ! I would like to say thanks to Chantal for her excellent service and know who I will go to in the future for all of my jewelry needs.

My husband tried to get where we originally bought our wedding bands from re-sized but, due to not following the warranty (he bought the rings and never actually proposed for 13 months) we lost out on the warranty. Our overall bill here with Charm, to get 4 rings sized (I had 2 others that I decided to bring in) was the same cost as getting just 1 ring sized at the original place. I will forever go, recommend and value the service Charm has provided to me and my family! Thank you so much to Jessica and the wonderful team! <3 :)

Of course I brought it to peoples and I guess not getting it cleaned due to Covid I was quoted at $400 ? so someone recommended here and of course brought it in and was quoted/charged $140! A lot cheaper and because they use a local person for the sizing it won’t take as long. I’m beyond impressed with this experience, any future jewelry repairs and any purchases will always be done at Charm in Thunder Bay. They’ve made life long customers out of my family.
