★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of great gift choices at this store however, it's too bad that you can't choose who serves you. The customer service that was demonstrated by the "manager" was nothing short of arrogant and down right unacceptable. From the moment we arrived at the kiosk she snarled at my mother and I "I still have 5 minutes to open my store". No, we weren't pushing you to open, we were simply looking at what you may have to offer. Once she opened, we were honestly pleased that she attended to us immediately. We then picked out some items to have engraved for that evening. We picked out our designs (that didn't demonstrate any sort of pricing I may add). With that said, we were falsely led to the pricing of what we were adding to our gifts. The price came out much higher than we had anticipated but we were in a rush so my mom paid for it anyway. Short after, feeling sick to her stomach from what she just paid for a gift we returned to the kiosk to ask for a refund on the engraving. I have NEVER had someone be so rude towards me. "The purpose of shopping at this store is to personalize your gift, it's once in a life time". I'm sorry if we offended you, manager.. but I suggest you be less sneaky with your pricing while you tell us to get add-ons to our gifts. I typically wouldn't write such a harsh review however, I saw how you made my mom feel and I cant say I'll ever return to your store. In fact, I'm so mad that she still gave you $125 of her money. What prompted me to write this review is that I heard a similar story about this exact girl at this location this morning. Ironic how I could pin point who she was talking about before she even told me where she was shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only does this store have plenty of perfect gift ideas whether it's a birthday, graduation, wedding, etc. This store is home to by far the friendliest staff in the mall! Everytime I stop by I'm always greated with smiles, and helpful service ! Definitely worth a look if you need engraving on previous gifts, new gifts, or even just a new set of keys !
