★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's visit was very frustrating it was a very short visit but it was frustrating. I was asked what I was in the store for when it was my turn to come to the counter I specifically said clearly to the lady that I was there physically see what they had for inventory on cell phones, she asked me again what are you looking for and I said again I'm here to see what you have for inventory, and she said but what are you looking for., Then I had to say again in a bit of a harsher tone that I was there to see what they had for inventory, then she asked me again if I knew what I was looking for she can help me, and then I said is there something wrong that you don't understand what shopping for inventory means I want to see what you had in the store and that would be my decision. I hope I wasn't harsh I didn't mean to be but she clearly did not understand anything I was saying and I felt that she didn't care she just wanted to pump out the numbers customers in customers out. I'm going to think twice about going back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very loud and hard to hear the representative due to lady's talking loud and laughing. I was not have the best of days so I left. The Rep had a hard time understanding what I was even there for. I was there to become a t baytel customer. I just left being annoyed and still looking for a new cell provider. I sure the plastic wall between us and mask did not help much too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure no service here. Broke phone screen took it in its under warranty but needs to be sent out to be repaired and oh all your information will be deleted. Say what. Oh and by the way need the orginal bill of sale. Ok now that's just stupid it was purchased from you along with 7 other phones and a rocket hub 7 months ago. Nope sorry need the bill of sale. That be fine if I was home but I'm 500km from there.
Ok this phone is on 24/7 as I'm on call all the time and can't have that. It is backed up but a month without it come on. So ok I'll buy a new phone. Sorry we don't sell Note 20 5G anymore. What do you have thats closest. We have a S21 Ok I'll take that sorry don't have any. They claim a shortage from the supplier. We'll I'm not down grading so I leave there. Lucky for me I found Manics cell repair in 2 hours they had a new screen installed and me up and running. Looking for options on cell providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I set up a device for an elder Dec 2020. It proved to be too difficult for her to navigate so I returned it January 15, 2021. Tbaytel charged me 48.00. The device plan was 25.00. Of course they have excuses about charges etc. Then they don't return the deposit. 'We didn't know you wanted it back' really? So customers routinely just give you deposits of hundreds of dollars and leave the money for you? Not even believable.
Terrible service in the district and yet we pay the same costs. Can't get calls to connect, texts are received multiple times... It just never ends. Not even sure who else to go with that's the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, it was great. Organized and fast despite Covid-19 policies, the service was so great and I really enjoyed the quiet store while I shopped. The store was very clean, the displays were great and someone was sanitizing when I arrived so it felt nice and safe. I was dreading the trip but I was very pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service.
