★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy that was assisting us(if you can call it that) was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. When my husband asked a question...all he could say was " i dont know" and shrugged us off. If you dont enjoy front line customer service, look for other employment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partner and I went to Telus after a particularly bad experience at bell (in the same mall) we wanted to know when my contract was up and what it would take to get to a shared plan. They wouldn't even let us in the store and said "go look on the app, we aren't doing it for you" yet again another cell phone provider lost my current business and my partner's switch over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, even when dealing with existing customers. The staff was blocking the door - understandable because of COVID-19. But in my opinion, if you are open then you are to provide a service... if not, remain closed and encourage people to access resources through the app or online. I was looking to upgrade my phone, and I have spent thousands of dollars at Telus on multiple devices and plans over several years (not that it even matters, because you should provide prompt and effective service to all customers). I was not provided any information or options when I asked a couple of questions regarding whether I was eligible for an upgrade, or if there were any deals or promotions going on. Did not even ask my name to look into my account to see whether I qualified for any upgrades or deals. "there are no deals" "we don't give any discounts" (which was not even what I asked)... good luck having this person encourage anyone to go with Telus in future when there are several other companies that are more pleasant to deal with in Northwestern Ontario. I will be moving my services over to Bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up my new phone and the assistant who helped was awesome. Too often when I'm just upgrading the associates don't seem interested in helping me but this guy was great! He answered all my questions and made sure my experience was top notch. Great employee means great store in my books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a telus customer for 3 years and they are horrible in customer service. I was falsely charged over 1500$. After moving to another carrier. And I wasn't informed of this( official canceled my Telus sim and moved to other carrier). After moving to another carrier, credit bureau calls me saying I have a pending balance of 1500$ after 6 months. If I try reaching Telus they say we don't handle it any more it's the credit bureau. If I talk to credit bureau they are like we can't do anything, if you pay all of it with in July 15 your credit won't effect or else we will report. The lady in call was like if you won't pay this you won't get any loans and your credit will be reported. I was totally helpless than paying all of it.
Telus charges me wrongly and credit bureau is collecting it from me.
why there isn't a company which can help a customer on this where a individual can charge on companies on behalf of customer and ask them to pay it on time of their credit would effect if not paid. Might sound silly.
Note:- I didn't wanted to give even one star but it wouldn't let me post if I didn't want to give too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed by how they treated me at the store. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Trust me you are better off going to some other TELUS store. They passed racial comments multiple times and didnt help me with the service I wanted. Avoid going to this store.
