Simply put, they do not possess the proper etiquette in the lower mainlands to hire managers who know how to manage their employees correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working there for 2 days. The first day i was cleaning office desks and was told to clean 4 washrooms on one floor for each shift. On the second day in my last hour they told me to clean 16 washrooms!!! This is completely unfair for an employee to do sixteen washrooms on their own. Also in the end they tried to make me take out huge trash bags for the whole entire building. No manager was on sight when i needed to report this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bee Clean is the worse company I have ever worked with.
I worked there for a year and the supervisor and manager (mostly latino) treated me very badly.
They never respected me as an employee and I decided to go to the HR and make an official complain. Just because I went to the HR, they gave a first warning.
One month after I started working, I was told to perform heavier duties. I accepted and waited for a year before asking for a raise which I considered was fair.
This caused the manager to be upset with me and they gave me a second warning.
Because I was stressed from the second warning, I was not feeling well. The next day I went back to the HR to ask for a day off.
After this move, I got a last warning and they decided to fire me.
Definitely, I DO NOT Recommend this company to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for maintaining the skytrains but from last few months I have started noticing that staff doesn't pickup the stuff that is obviously visible to them. This was the third instance when I have seen Bee clean staff getting on the skytrain and not picking what is absolutely impossible to ignore. I was able to capture a picture of the staff this time with one cup in his hand other near his feet. The employee kicked the empty cup on the floor twice but didn't bother to pick it up before getting off the skytrain. @translink #skytrain #translink
