I contacted them for a post reno clean up. I had never used them before but they had a solid reputation in the community. I was pleasantly surprised. They were ontime, proficient, professional and kind. I enjoyed working with them and our place looked amazing when they left. I will definitely use them again. Also, they are a female run business. Mindy and her crew did an excellent job for us. The kitchen, particularly the stove and oven, was a mess from one year rented out. And the bathrooms were dirty before they showed up. Three hours later, the place was spotless. I was very impressed by their professionalism and how fast they did their job. Their service was top rated, and their price was very reasonable. They are the best clean services we have ever used. will certainly call them again when needs arise.

Started using Fresca cleaning for a few months now and they've been fantastic. I've gone through several cleaning companies and they are by far the most professional, timely, and competitively priced. Their cleaners are thorough and you can tell they've been trained well and take their work seriously. Would recommend them without hesitation.

This company was quick to respond and accommodating to a fairly last minute move out clean request. I was happy with the overall finished clean but I'm giving 4 star as they arrived over an hour before the scheduled arrival time and I had to scramble to figure out how to get them inside as I moved to another city. Mindy is incredibly great to deal with though and quickly sorted things out! :)

I am a return customer of Fresca and was happy with their level of cleansing last two times, their stuffs are nice and I was happy with it so I scheduled them to come to my rental unit in downtown and asked for help again. My experience this time is horrible and the owner-Mindy is completely mean. We scheduled at 9am-9:30am and Fresca team started at 9:20am. My husband welcome them at the unit, dropped all set of keys/fob inside the unit before he left. I scheduled to go back and check after the unit finished cleansing They messaged me and said they would finished there by 1pm so I said ok I was coming. By 1:10pm I parked on the street and called the owner. The owner said the team already left because they were running late to next job?? I don’t expect the cleansing company left without notify me and gave me a call before they actually left. And I told them I was coming back and they knew they had all set of keys/fob to the unit. The team kept the unit unlock and put all keys inside . It was an apartment building in downtown I had no access to the building to go back in??!! Sorry I couldn't control myself I really screamed on the phone as no one (no cleansing companies/helpers/contractors) ever do this to me before. They always make sure my home/unit is safe before they leave. The owner wasn't really feel sorry too, she thinks it's a right way to do this as they are running behind. She said " oh this is an apt building, concierge can help you out". I said I am very disappointed, she said she's disappointed too. How? As an owner, I am asking help and request cleansing service for my unit, why I need to come up with a solution and find ways to access to my unit after? There should be more proper ways to find solution before they left. Not finish in a rough way. 1. They can call owner and telling them they already finish the job and they are leaving, they can ask for advise if they should lock the door and drop the keys to main floor (concierge) or unlock door and leave keys there... at least give me a head up since I am not there yet. no shocking? 2. Schedule your appointments better. if you know you are taking longer time and rushing in between. Leave some room and start right at 9am. or schedule the next one with half hr-1hr gap in between. Yes I know i am late for 10 mins, but it is not a reason to keep the apartment unlock without notifying owner and put all keys/fobs inside and owner has no access no more? I think they care about their cleansing level, but don't care any extra and feel no responsibility to keep your home safe/peace of mind. Last but not least. It's not as clean as before. So this will be my last time. I will pay still. Thanks and bye

Fresca Clean provided us a next-day move-in cleaning service. They did an amazing job making our place clean, fresh and all ready for move-in and also put in extra time to finish the job, which we much appreciate. They definitely top my recommendation list!
