Absolutely Fantastic just as the name suggests! Such great customer service (they even managed to change the time last minute for me) the lovers were so so nice and helpful and friendly, the cost was great! I was super stressed as I was moving things for an exhibition and they made the moving process so simple and smooth. Really I can’t praise my experience enough and I would highly recommend these! Thank you!

I had a great cleaning lady coming for about a year to my house. The cleaning lady was just amazing and left the property sparkling after every session. I have only kind words for the company.

I booked 2 'Technicians' for my move out cleaning a week in advance and nobody showed up! The one had allegedly injured herself and couldn't make it but the other could do the job in twice the time. After agreeing to change the arrival time to suit this technician, she never showed up anyway! So 2 separate orders and zero service. After many delayed text responses they offered a $5 discount on a cleaning appointment that would be days after I needed it. Very stressful. Never again. DO NOT USE!!!

We just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you to your team for doing such a superb job. The tenants had left the place in a mess and your team worked diligently and completely to get the flat back to a sufficient standard.

I scheduled an appointment with this company on Monday for Thursday 1PM(4 days in advance). Based on this, I took time off from work and got other appointments for the condo photography for listing, to show the realtor, etc. On Thursday, the day of clean they sent a text at 11AM that the cleaner can not make it and they need to reschedule. So I called them to reschedule but they kept telling me that we will try to get a cleaner in next two days but they can not guarantee that the cleaner will make it on on the next scheduled time. I mean for real? If you need someone reliable and punctual, please do not book this company. Highly unprofessional!

Please do not use this business. I booked a cleaning service recently for my parents. They are elderly and need support but are hesitant to hire anyone. I arranged the service while they were away in the hope that they would realize how nice it is to have some support and hire a regular service. I booked two cleaners and received a message the day before that one had to cancel. I confirmed that the other one was still available and was asked to move my booking time to a later hour so that another cleaner could be identified, which I agreed to. I took the day off work and drove to my parents who live 1 hour away. Half an hour before the cleaners were due to arrive I received a message saying the whole booking was cancelled. When I called, it was explained that they hadn't identified any cleaners in my parents' location. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor and was told that no supervisor was available and someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called another couple of times several hours later and my requests were met with silence on the phone by both individuals I spoke with. I was also under the impression that my phone calls were going to a call centre. It has been a long time since I have experienced such terrible customer service. Based on this experience, this is not a reliable or professional company. Further, if something goes wrong, there is not so much as an apology let alone having the issue dealt with in a professional manner, which leads me to question whether this a company you would want to hire or take a chance on. I'm only giving this a 1 because I can't leave a 0. If Maid in Your Hometown reads this review, please do not write a response to save face in front of other potential clients, especially when you didn't have the decency to allow me to file a formal complaint with management or speak with me directly about this.

DON’T HIRE THEM GO ELSEWHERE!!! Hired this service after a tenant moved out. 5.25hrs for a 1 bed 1 bath seemed a bit much but figured it would be spotless. Returned to find the kitchen counter top with residue, baseboards with dirt to the touch, walls half wiped (why?), range not cleaned-still oily and many missed spots. Not to mention the cleaner threw out items they were explicitly told not to, but hey, things happen I understand. Contacted the joke they call customer service. Offered no compensation for the lost items, offered 2hrs make up session which takes more of my time and I’d still have to pay full price! Not even an acknowledgment of error or poor service standards. 1 week after the dispute settlement was given, however unacceptable, a text message at 1am-please pay by noon or your going to collections. This company is unprofessional and operates unfairly to customers. Told them I’d file a complaint to the BBB and was immediately told I’d hear from collections...BEWARE!

Superb work, I will 100% recommend to friends, family and colleagues. The cleaners came on time fully equipped. They started the cleaning straight away and they called me 35 minutes before they finish the job so I went to inspect the cleaning and I was definitely impressed. Highly recommended
