I booked Vancouver Super Hosts for a move out cleaning of my 1200 sq ft 2 bed, 1 den, 2 bath apartment, based on the price exclusive 5 star reviews on Google. I advised them that it needed a deep clean, and they said 5 hours will do. When the day came, 1 person came with a small back pack that only had a few cloths, some dish soap, a small vacuum, and a few pieces of paper towel. She ended up cleaning for over 7 hours over 2 days and still wasn't finished. I had to tell her to stop, becaus the bill was getting huge. I cleaned the rest of the apartment myself over another 4 hours. I was surprised at how inexperienced the cleaner was and how she had no equipment or help. I asked the company why they didn't send 2 people and they said that they only send 2 people if requested.

I found Jay to be informed, helpful and responsive to my needs. His recommendation to get professional photos certainly improved the look of our listing significantly. Since we are away a lot I requested some services which were outside the standard service offered by Vancouver Super Host. Jay was extremely accommodating and found ways to make our special requests work. When challenges occurred occasionally due to the complicated nature of our arrangement, he was quick to resolve the problem. The members of the cleaning team we have met have all been friendly, competent and great communicators. I would highly recommend Vancouver Super Host Cleaners to others looking for support in presenting and maintaining their listing on Airbnb.

I left them detailed instructions which they followed diligently & they didn’t miss a thing! The place was very clean & everything was as I’d finished it myself. I’m also very happy with my communications with Jay regarding the cleaning, he was easy to make a plan with & eager to know if I was happy with the work that was done. We went with Vancouver Superhost because they were fairly priced and we could easily book online. The lady who came to clean our place did an amazing job. The bathroom looked better than it did when we moved in thanks to her. Would definitely use this service again.

Both times I booked and they did not show up and did not communicate. They sent a confirmation email on the day of the booking so I assumed they were coming but they did not. My Airbnb guest ended up arriving to a dirty home, and the company would not respond to my emails or phone calls or texts. I ended up having to refund my airbnb guest and book emergency cleaning- the entire ordeal cost me over a thousand dollars. DO NOT book airbnb cleaning with them they are not reliable.

Guest said they arrived to no toilet paper & no clean towels - it’s an expensive 2 hours @$60 hour plus tax and tip - you would think the cleaner might have tp in their car for these situations & would properly fold and stack the towels nicely for guest ? Management bungled giving key pick up directions & then tried to blame me for it. Bad management. Poor communication. Won’t be using them again.
