★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KP has always had amazing customer service (Their team responds by email and text very quickly) and is very responsive to any needs of our building, and alerts us of any needs or schedule changes. We've had the same great cleaner (Marzia) doing excellent work for us for many years. Highly recommend considering them for cleaning.

Our on-site custodian team is very diligent and professional; keeping the premises and grounds tidy and cared for. The manager, Farouk, has been extremely responsive to ensure all aspects of the contract are maintained with willingness to make adjustments and follow-up as necessary.

Guy and Carol Ann are meticulous and very dependable. Cleanliness is a major factor in the satisfaction residents have and the care that they take in their own behaviours.

Working by annual contract with KP Cleaning puts us both in a mutually beneficial relationship and we have been satisfied with the level of attention and quality work our strata receives on a weekly basis. I highly recommend the professional groundskeeping service provided by KP Cleaning.

The managers, Farouk and Adam, are very pleasant to work with. They pay attention to details and ready to listen, respond positively and promptly if any areas of concern are brought to their attention. What else can anybody ask for? Having worked with various cleaning companies for decades, I confidently recommend their services. Unfortunately, I can’t give them more than 5 stars, I would have!
