Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio

As a first time hot tub owner, we couldn’t be happier about our experience with Beachcomber. We shopped around at the beginning but nothing we found even came close to Beachcomber. Kelly and his staff have been amazing since we ordered the tub in the summer. From delivery to setup, the service they have provided is second to none. Whether it’s water testing or buying new chemicals, they are always there to answer my questions and help me with anything that I need.

Incredibly disappointing experience given we were interested in learning more about Beachcomber hot tubs to support a Canadian company. We walked into this location, with about 4-5 customers in the store. We began looking at their display hot tubs, noticing a younger lady at the cash, a gentleman salesman helping a couple and another saleslady on the phone. We browsed for about 10 minutes walking through their entire showroom while the entire store cleared out of all customers. My husband was interestedly inspecting the components of one of their tubs at now 15 minutes in their store, when the gentleman salesman while walking to his back desk says hello but doesn’t offer any assistance nor asks if we have any questions. Not a great initial impression, given we were waiting for a salesperson to assist us. As we make our way back to the front of the store the female salesclerk is still on the phone. Surprisingly the younger lady at the cash instead of asking do we need any assistance or if we have any questions (which we did) says “thanks for coming in”. We weren’t intending on exiting, rather re-examine a tub at the front entrance, all while hoping a salesperson would eventually come to assist us. Growingly frustrated at this point that none of these 3 staff members has the time of day to assist us, my husband responds “wow, well I guess we won’t be buying a hot tub from you guys, seeing how no one wants to help us.” Even when walking out the door, the younger lady laughs and buries her head back into the computer and the other two remain as they were. If this is the level of customer service when not having purchased a tub from them, I’d hate to see the follow up service (if any) after having purchased one. Needless to say, we’re taking our business elsewhere and hopefully the 3 staff members working on Saturday May 29 at about 2:30pm will get some gravely needed customer service training.

I walked into the Beachcomber in Sherwood Park yesterday and was almost in tears as I shared with each worker that because I missed coming in for the past two months, my water was horrible and I needed help right away. I was given amazing help from one of the Sales Associates named Jeri. She gave meet excellent advice about taking my filter out and what chemical needed to go in right away. Jeri kindly let me know about the importance of draining my hot tub, washing it and the process it will need to go through tonight before it is used later in the week. I plan on using and having my hot tub for a long time and I really appreciate all the help I have been given by Jeri so this can be possible!!! This truly will be “outdoor living at its best” for my family thanks to her guidance!!??

We love our Beachcomber, we purchased a 720 anniversary edition and couldn't be more happy! Has all the bells and whistles. The wait was a little longer than expected (Darn Covid) but it was definitely worth the wait. All our questions were answered from the moment we walked in the door! Very informative sales people, especially Cindy, she kept us informed evey step of the way. She gave us all the info on all the different tubs, who to contact for electrical, and once the hot tub was delivered she gave us very detailed, in person instruction on how to operate and balance our water which was a nice touch. Couldn't recommend a better place to buy a hot tub. Thanks Cindy!

I started looking for backyard patio furniture in February of 2022. I wanted to get a jump on it this year because of a run on furniture due to Covid. I like to shop local and I knew that Beachcomber had patio furniture as well as hot tub and hot tub supplies. I was immediately greeted by the staff, which I like, but they didn't pester me, instead they let me roam around and only approached me when I looked like I could use some information. Cindy, was my go to girl. She was so helpful and she definitely knew her product. I took picture of the furniture I thought would suit our deck in our backyard and sent it to my husband. Later in the day, I contact Cindy and she took the time to measure the furniture for me and answered any questions my husband had. The next day, I went in and purchased it. Because it was a floor model, I wanted to make sure that it was put away in storage until our delivery date. It arrived in excellent shape, no damage and Cindy made sure to follow up with me once it was delivered. My husband and I decided to purchase a fire table to accompany our furniture. Cindy helped us out with that too. She gave us suggestions and was great and picking out a few that would accent our furniture and keep within our budget. I also was able to purchase the covers for all our furniture and fire table. I would definitely recommend Cindy and her staff at Beachcomber in Sherwood Park. They take the time and they really want you to be happy with your purchase and will go the extra mile to ensure you are!!!

We had a long wait for our tub but it was well worth it. Purchased ours from Kelly and he was really helpful answering questions and always got back to us promptly. Delivery was great as well. Dale and his assistant were able to fit it down the side of our house and helped me with set up information as well. These folks are great to deal with and we are really happy with our Beachcomber hot tub.

Jeri at Beachcomber was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t push at all. She made the whole experience feel very easy and personable. She was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She also made herself available at many off hour times to ensure our experience was great including instructions of how to use the chemicals for the first time as we are brand new to hot tub ownership. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend! Thanks Jeri!

Professional, courteous and exceptionally knowledge, Jeri Lynn did a great job of identifying what I wanted and provided resources to plan placement and installation requirements well ahead of my hot tubs arrival. We all managed life’s unexpected events over the past two years and Beachcomber was no exception. I was always informed of the production process and reassured I wouldn’t be disappointed. They were right! A little patience found a great ending! Installation was flawless.Jeri Lynn managed everything to a T and was quick to respond when I had questions.
