He overcame numerous problems, especially regarding the city permit, to build us a stunning new deck that we will be proud of for years to come. Denny’s crew tore apart my old rotted out deck that was not up to code when I purchased my home and replaced it with a composite patio. They had a great selection and price range for composite decking and the cost was very reasonable. His crew did amazing work, I could not be happier with the beautiful patio they built. During the tear apart/construction process his crew was very respectful, polite and professional. They even went so far as to build a ramp from the door to the ground so we didn’t have to let our three dogs out the front door and walk them into the back yard. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

Paramount Custom Decks did a fantastic repair on our Deck from Start to Finish. Denny’s crew was very professional and knowledgeable in there work. I would highly recommend Paramount Custom Decks for any Deck project or repairs. They replaced the supports under our deck that were heaving with beautiful cedar wood now our deck is slopped in the right direction. Thanks Paramount ?

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company for decks. Please shop around. Our deck was supposed to take about 5 working days to complete but wound up taking 6 weeks to complete. They sent one guy to do the work who often showed up working for 1 - 3 hours if, he showed up at all. We were told that this was one of their "best guys." However, due to the fact that they ran out of skirting material, their guy left a hole in the front deck skirting that allows our dog to get under the deck. This company also left without installing the required railings or privacy screens - which, they said would be installed in just one day by mid-January. When we reached out to find out when the remaining work would be completed, the owner, Denny told us that we should not worry about the railings or privacy screens since it was winter (even though we could not replace our deck furniture as it would only be blown off). He promised to call us back once he had information on when the screens and railing would be ready to install. He never did. And, did not answer calls or emails that we placed to the company over the next 2.5 months. We have now filed a formal complaint with the BBB but that also has gone unanswered by Paramount Custom Decks. We have been left with no choice but to contract a new company to complete the work that Paramount began. Following an inspection by the new company, we have found out that Paramount used the incorrect screws in our composite deck therefore, invalidating the 10 year warranty. We have also found out that Paramount Custom Decks has left other customers without completing the contracted work. This company promises that they will not leave until you are 100% satisfied. But that is clearly not the case.

Paramount built a deck for my parents a few years ago and they could not be happier. They did the design and helped reduce costs in some places and made sure the design fit exactly what they wanted. Denny was very professional and helpful the whole time. He was great to communicate with from start to finish and he even followed up with my parents after the deck was done to see if they had any questions. Thank you guys so much!!
