★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend visited here for our anniversary. He was in a hurry and he was handed over to buy old pre-made bouquet for $36.80 (after tax). It was already wilting when I received them. It is disappointing to find out he was recommended to buy flowers that are ready to be trashed after one week of purchase (Please see the image below). Therefore, we do not recommend this place- there are way better places in Vancouver for flowers for better quality at this price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service i have received in my life. My boyfriend is on México and he sent me flowers by the website of this flower store for Valentines day. They tried me to delivery the flowers on february 16th. They lied telling me the delivery company tried to delivery on february 15th and I told them: it doesnt care, the flowers was for valentines, not for the 15th or 16th , was for 14th of february. They tried to lie telling me they try to delivery on Valentines day too, but my celphone was not working. I sended by email screenshots off 6 calls that I received that day ( no one for them) I asked to the doorman of my building if someone tried to delivery flowers and he said NO! my boyfriend was tracking the order and never left the flower shop. I sent to them all the pictures of the tracking, the calls, the answear of the doorman and they just didnt answear, they are a THIEVES! my boyfriend spent $100 dollars and they never answear or returned the money. He was really depressed thanks to you because was our first valentines on the distance and he received all my presents on México but I didnt received nothing here on Vancouver, If you don't want them to ruin your day, sorprise, special gift, don't hire them.

I have online order a fresh flower bucket for my wife's bday which cost $289. It's not expensive but also not cheap. I have requested the bucket to be delivered to the restaurant which I have booked for a birthday dinner. The bucket was delivered around 4 pm and I arrived at 7 pm. When the manager delivered the flower bucket to us, my wife is literally crying as all the flowers are dead which is a very suspicious way. I email be bloom flower shop right away and they reply within an hour which obviously they should be off work already. They sent me a very sincere apology email although they were pretty sure they have sent the flower bucket out in a gorgeous and perfect form. They promise they will remake it and deliver it in person the next day. I'm so impressed and thankful they will do that. And the next day, we did receive a gorgeous and perfect flower bucket. I can felt this floral shop really care about their clients. And the flower designs are great and trendy. I will order again and I really recommend this floral shop to all of you who looking for a fine florist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review has been a long time coming. I have ordered orchids multiple times over the past 3 years for my mother since she lives in kits. She adores them everytime, and I have seen that they're good quality and last a while (if she took care of them lol). I don't live in Canada anymore so ordering is super easy for me and this place is my go to for florists for my family back in kits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased a lot of flowers in Vancouver and I have to say I'm very impressed with Be Bloom. Flowers nowadays are around the same price and around the same fee for delivery but picking Be Bloom was a great choice for my mom's birthday gift. I purchased the flower box for $109 which is medium sized and left it to the designer's choice for flowers and they're gorgeous! The flowers were lovely and the box was a lot bigger than expected. The delivery was smooth and they kept me updated with text messages and a phone call. My mom adored the flowers, will definitely purchase from them again.
