★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 starts for he taste of the food. Negative 3 stars for service. They NEVER answer their phone so don't even try it. They also assume what you want instead of asking, I have run into multiple issues on each order. Thats right, not just one issue per order but 2! Had to remake my pizza twice because of assumptions! Very unprofessional. Staff needs proper training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give zero star for this store. A very arrogant and condescending girl answered the phone for my order. She said her name is Janez or Janet. This girl needs a proper training on how to communicate with their customers. I am a constant customer of Pizza Hut at West 4rth and I like the guy named Owen who used to get my orders but he was assigned to a different store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been a long time since I had pizza hut. The dough was chewy, pizza was greasy, portion of cheese was not enough.
Few pineapple pieces.
Payed $26, I get better quality pizza for the same price in other franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live 3 blocks away from this location and they wanted to charge me $6.95 as a delivery charge and then pay the driver a tip on top of that! Sorry Pizza hut you just priced yourself out of the market for pizza orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 10 minutes before we saw any staff/someone come to the front counter to take our order. When I ordered a gluten free pizza I told them I’m severely allergic to gluten and mushrooms. I received a pizza with gluten and a mushroom on top, I went back to the counter to explain the situation/my allergies again then received a gluten free pizza with a whole container of mushrooms on the side. Not sure how this happens after clearly saying I’m allergic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave it a 3 instead of a 1 because some of the factors were beyond the stores control. They ran out of pineapples to make Hawaiian pizza. Supply delivery issue. Forced to order an alternative the pizza was still of good quality at a fair price. All said it was an inconvenience but a understandable one. I will return as a customer.
