D	Doug W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent signature government liquor store. Staff are average at best, helpful if you ask, but don’t seem to care all that much about providing top notch service. Selection is adequate, this is a mid sized store. It is open on Sundays and until 9pm on weekdays which is a plus. They could offer a wider selection of craft beers, especially in the cooler section.
n	nolan smirfitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being ignored by "Marc" when saying excuse me multiple times, and trying to ask a question, I was directed to the customer service counter by another employee; 4 people working, one on the phone, 2 clicking away, one standing around (hello again Marc). Took atleast 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me (which was a nod from the older fellow on the phone) let alone ask if I needed help. My question was in regards to a Craft beer that I had previously purchased exclusively from this store (not many liquor stores carry it). The woman that helped me directed me to another BCL in Poco and told me there were 12 cases available there. Unfortunately, I made the drive out and took her word for it. Well as you can imagine, upon arriving and being helped at the Poco location (Customer service was 5 stars here btw) they informed me that no, they don't have any in stock, or available. Just wanted to say thanks for wasting my time! I understand that the Customer Service desk has other tasks, and other customers, but if you ignore a customer repeatedly, then completely fail at providing any helpful customer service, you have failed the customer. I know I will likely not return.

Always had help and good advice when I have made enquiries while shopping. Was nice to discuss craft beer with a fellow beer enthusiast who was an employee. I think the group should host craft beer and wine tasting events.

But the manager of this location has not been working properly against the homeless people who are continuing to harass us the customers who are being harassed for money. These people change often and make the place look bad safety hazard for family’s businesses alike. The management company leaves area dirty with these people littering these beggars sit there from sun rise to sun set!!!!
