Brilliant. Some very important jewels of Canadian aviation history reside here. Connie, our guide to the wonderful displays, was very informative, engaging, and fun to tour the hangers with. If you haven't visited yet, be sure to do so.

Had a personal very knowledgeable tour guide (covid safe). Well stocked with lots of artifacts. Bit tight for space but, Clean. Nice shop for restorations. No Food, no vending available. Take a bottle of water with you. Go in morning.

My friend and I showed up and got a personal tour. He showed us their Lancaster Bomber bring restored and told us a lot about many other historical plans on site. It was a great experience.

What a great museum. Brought me back to the enthusiasm I had for aviation in my youth. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. My favourite aircraft on display are the Bristol Blenheim, and the Lockheed T33 Shooting Star . I could not imagine the cool nerves of the pilots that flew the aircraft in battle.

What a gem! I had no idea this place existed until I stumbled across it. There are two large hangers with dozens of aircraft arranged for viewing. Our volunteer tour guide, Ralph, was great at telling the historic stories of the different aircraft. We spent nearly 3 hours touring the hangers with our guide. The guide is included with admission and allows you to board some planes including a very well preserved Vickers Viscount - a 1950s airliner. I look forward to when the Lancaster is restored, and will be back once I've read up more on the inventory!

My daugther loves it! Her excitement of seeing the different types of airplanes made us happy. She identified some parts of the aircraft, such as the propeller, wing, and engine. She was even happier upon seeing the baby airplane and riding it. We also bought a toy plane for her from their store. It is cheaper than the other stores. While our child is still young, it is great to introduce these things. The museum is value for money ($10 per adult). It is worth it!

This is a well maintained museum. There is a lot here, especially for those with an interest in aviation history. The adjacent airport has a strong historical connection with military aircraft and military training. You will find plenty of this at the Aviation Museum.

We had a wonderful time at the museum. The staff were so knowledgeable and shared some great stories and background to the rich history behind the various models and artifacts. Awesome life size planes and you can board a good variety of them too.
