Absolutely stunning!!!! Some of the best views I have seen while here. Only $10 or so for an adult entry and $2 for swimsuit or towel rental. Locker is included. Bring a water bottle with you. 5 minute walk from the parking lot, or there is a drop off area right by the entrance. Its a quick 10-15 minute drive from downtown Banff, and very close to the gondola if you want to do that too. It’s a MUST do if you are in Banff!

The upper hot springs is must when visiting Banff! My wife and and visited for our first time and it was fun! The hot spring is hot lol 40deg C. The mountains in the back drop is absolutely beautiful. To get inside it’s 9.25 per adult and you can rent a towel for $2.00 what I like was that they gave you a locker upon entry! Don’t make the mistake of purchasing a towel upstairs before you head to the hot springs! For our full review check out our YouTube Browns R Us

It's ok. Not expensive at all, and good for relax after a long day. Doesn't feel like thermal or anything similar. Is nos like a hot tub

Love the snow outside and hot water. It's an experience you always remember and will always want to come back for. I try to go out there as many times as possible. They changed the locker system, they provide you with a coin for the lockers so u no longer need to have a loonie for them.

Price is low thankfully! Do not waste your time! Its not a hot spring it’s a large pool with hot water and chlorine. Not very clean either. If you have a hot tub at your lodge/hotel that will be better 100%. It’s busy and a long wait and parking is full a lot but they still let you in. Kinda silly.

Fun and inexpensive tourist destination as one of the things on the "must do" fun bucket list. More genuine in the summer when it is fed by 100% spring water vs the spring/winter when heated municipal water is used to supplement flow. It's still fun though. Bathing suit and towel rentals and "vintage" bathing suit rentals make it hard to miss out on. Really though, it's a swimming pool. TIP: Combine with a hike and gondola ride close by. This makes a fitting end to your exertions. Always busier in the afternoons.

Really nice hot spring, but not as spacious as I'd like, My wife and I have been to the hot spring in Jasper and in my opinion its way nicer, twice as big and it also has 2 "cold pools" to cool off in. I did like how the locker is free with purchase tho! You aren't allowed food on deck either but in Jasper they have a section off to the side where you are allowed to sit and eat! Probably won't come back again ?

Love these hot springs. The hot pool is so nice in the early spring months when there’s snow. I love how customers enter the pool from inside the building, there’s no walking on cold pavement to enter the pool. It does get super busy quite often so I think they need to expand the hot springs. Also I think there needs to be a cool pool like at other hot springs such as Radium, and Fairmont because the hot springs does get super heated after people are in it for a long time.
