★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing journey to the top of the mountain treats you to wonderful 360 degree views of the valleys below and for miles. Can walk around outside on the boardwalk and take lots of photos. Inside is a cafe and shops plus some history and photos of the area, head up early if it’s a lovely day as it will be busy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great ride to get a glimpse of Banff Town and it's surrounding Rocky Mountains. And it's a different story and experience all season long. They have so much to offer from Sky Bistro if you just want to have a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the 360 scenic view from the top. I love coming back here to hike up the easy sulphur mountain trail and delight myself for a free ride down. It never gets old how I feel being up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gondola Staff is very friendly and professional. One disadvantage is the that the last ride is quite early if you are going to have dinner at the restaurant on top, so keep that in mind if you are visiting Banff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put this on your bucket list and come here you will not be dissapointed. An 8 min gondola ride takes you to the top. Then an hours walk outdoors to the station at the top. Just an exhilarating view from top to bottom. This is the first time I have have seen and received such great customer service at this facility and it was busy.
Highly recommended and would visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my first time on a mountain, I was extremely impressed. The gondola ride was extremely smooth, and I felt fully safe the entire time. The trails were well-cleared, and the boardwalk was well-maintained. Quinn, a tour guide, was exceptional, and was very supportive of my interest in fire alarms. The lower terminal was pretty cool, and the upper one was nice. I just wish they didn't tear down the old one, as I found it much, much nicer. Overall a great experience!
