★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! I purchased a gift card online on Easter Sunday for my grandson. I did not receive it and I was not able to contact them as they were closed. I did receive the gift card but not until the following day. Nowhere on the website or purchasing cart did it state that I would not receive the gift card on the same day. I called and asked for a refund but the owner said that they do not do refunds on gift cards.
Thank you for your reply...the problem was not that my grandson was not able to shop with you that day, but rather the inconvenience of having to find another gift to insert into the Easter card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to grab a gift for a new mom and thankfully, there was one staff member there who'd been very helpful with selecting items. Otherwise, the overall experience at the till (with different staff members), as well as the pressure to share personal information left such a negative taste in my mouth, I'd have rated it much lower.
My first stop will be elsewhere in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Baby and Me here in Kelowna. I have shopped several times before, with each time being a top notch experience, as their staff is knowledgeable & friendly, but felt today deserved a special mention.
I came in with my two kiddos (3 & 16 months) looking to get fitted for boots. Don the owner went above and beyond to assist me. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but his calm & gentle demeanour paired with his unwavering patience and humour to make my kids feel comfortable was nothing short of awesome! The time he spent with us, his understanding of challenging times with kiddos (we were having an off morning) & the kind words of support he offered me was appreciated beyond words. Thank you for your time Don, I will continue to shop with you and send everyone I know your way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband came and got a car seat in December and we were blown away with the stores selection of everything. Don was super helpful installing the car seat and teaching us how to do it as well. Definitely check them out if you are in need of anything for your little one.

The lady (whose name I can't remember) was so kind and got it ready for me asap, she also offered to build the stroller which allowed me to continue shopping today, and she helped me get it into my car. We love baby & me. Every shopping experience is a great one.

I decided to go onto Baby & Me's website 3 days before Christmas and found many things my baby would love. I purchased them all and at checkout, chose the gift wrapping option. My husband picked up the package from Baby & Me, which was ready within a few hours. I was SO impressed with it all, beautifully wrapped in Christmas wrapping, at no additional cost. Their website was easy to use, and had so many great ideas. THANK YOU!! You made this mama's shopping experience and Christmas so much easier, with no stress.
