★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was surprised by how bad the service was at this location. We used an H&R block in osoyoos last year and since we moved we opted to try this one since we had a really good experience last year. Firstly the guy who did our taxes barely said 3 words to us. He didn't ask any questions or explain what he was doing. On top of it, we got charged almost $400 for my husband and my return, we only paid $150 for both of us last year in osoyoos. When we asked why the price difference he said it was because we had children and we each had changed jobs??? Needless to say, won't be back, will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I had filed my taxes with H&R block and I must admit I was a bit sceptical but I had a great experience here from the lovely office staff to the very helpful tax preparer. I even got a good deal to hand out to my friends of $25 off and each time they do I receive $25 etransfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to give this H&R Block location 5 stars! Let's face it, no-one really enjoys doing their taxes, but it is a necessity. I found all the staff that I encountered to be friendly and professional. They made my tax preparation as painless as possible and took care of all my filing needs. I would definitely use their services again! Thanks, H&R Block.

Called monday no answer left a message, called again nothing. And then by friday finally got ahold of someone after calling 4 times and leaving 2 messages. The lady was rude on the phone and then also in person. Talked to 3 different people who were all rude. Was told they'd call me back then after 5 hours no callback. Receptionist had the nerve to say have you ever been busy at work when they had 9 hours to get my file out yet when I arrived had no idea where it was. So we went to a different H&R and the lady there had no clue what she was doing and took 3 hours to do basic taxes that usually only take an hour tops from past experiences there. Boycotting H&R have had nothing but rude workers & people who have no ide what's going on or how to do their job properly. I honestly dont even feel confident that they are correct now that they are done. Awful customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location this week and WOW I was blown away with the service I received. My person that prepared my taxes was very professional and explained my situation clearly. I cant recommend this place enough from the wonderful receptionist to the friendly smiling faces of all that worked there. I was very pleasently surprised. Excellent job all round.
