★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our older Imac go down on us and we took it to an Apple Store bur because it was a much older Imac , we were told that they do not work on any apple products greater than 5 years.
Ours is a 2011 model and it powers on but the screen stays black.
We took into CSR Computers and the owner Bill was able to determine that it was the graphics card.
He provided us with a quote and it we was very reasonable and went ahead with the repairs.
we had it back up and running in two days. Great service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has two laptops one older and one newer both massively infected with viruses. The fix was quite reasonable and very fast. Got my older laptop upgraded as well.
But while I was there the owner Bill took the time to write this letter for an older lady who had been hacked so she could get her refund back.
Who does that ? Great job CSR . Thanks again and I will highly recommend you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CSR Computers has been my tech for a couple of years now and Bill has been great. He is always there when I need him and knows what he is talking about..
I was in the market for a new computer and I sat down with Bill and he was able get me one that was not a lot of money but of good performance.
Most of all he did not try to sell me something I did not need or get me to spend a tonne of money..
Thanks Bill for all your hard work and good professionalism..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took three of my laptops to CSR with 3 different issues. I didn’t have any hope in fixing 1 of my laptops, as I was told by several different technicians that I need to buy a new computer. Bill was able to fix the issue at low cost. with my 2 other laptops, he replaced Hard Drives, re-install operating systems, transfer all data, downgrade to windows 7 as requested, install Microsoft office (30 day trial)and anti-virus. I was very pleased with the services. When I went to pick up my computers he had all of them cleaned and running. Bill took his time to show me what he has done, and provided me with warranties for parts he replaced. His Invoices were very well done and very clean to understand.
I spend most of my life in customer services and it’s really nice to meet someone with a personality who takes pride in his business and cares for customer who may not be a Tech-savvy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've done business with Bill and CSR Computers since 2010. He has been my computer tech from my apartment on Rutland Rd to my newly built home near downtown Kelowna.
He comes out regularly each year and services all my devices and most recently installed security cameras around my home and I couldn't be more happier .
He Is honest, reliable and affordable . Couldn't be more pleased with his work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Was supposed to get a battery replaced in my MacBook Pro and over the course of a month, it never ended up happening. Was texting back and forth with one of the employee’s which kept telling me the battery was coming in. Battery never ended up coming in. Employee had read receipts on his phone and would read the message and not respond for days on end. Terrible experience, don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my laptop where it suddenly stopped charging. I called around to see who could repair it quickly as I was in the middle of exams.
I called CSR and spoke to Bill . He figured out the problem had the part here next day. I had my computer fixed within a day . He was very professional and affordable. I highly recommend him .
