★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occasionally provides good service, but overall, a lot to be desired. Sometimes takes 2-3 calls to revise an issue. Support requests are often missed or forgotten, which requires a folllow up. Seem to arbitrarily make some IT decisions without consultation. Would not reccomend.
