I had a few small issues after I bought , right away the ask me to bring the vehicle and repaired all the issue for free, the are very responsibility. 100% satisfied with this dealer.

very satisfied but after two month of owning the car some probleme have came up was clearly said that the body was in good shape but i lost all of my rocker panel on the highway! even tho the price was fair the reparation is going to cost in the 4 digets $$ pretty questionable for a car only 10 y-o and in the average price of the car in very decent shape so im happy about my purchase but quite shokked about the little tweaks that was said at the time and i got it completely checked out the same week i got it and the reparation cost was more than 300$

Thank you Tony and Autos BB !!! In 2021, I purchased a Hyundai Elantra 2013. The car was in good shape and I always did my maintenance. After 6 Months, the Transmission started to give shots. I brought it to my Local Shop and they told me it needed a Transmission Replacement and wanted to charge me over 3300+Taxes. I had purchased an Extended Warranty with the car so I called Autos BB. They put me in contact with the Garage they work with Transmission Guay in Laval. They found me a used Transmission with the right milaege and charged me only 200$ for the Deductible and Oil. The whole process took 10 days and I now have a new transmission installed and the car runs like new again. I was not sure about purchasing the warranty at first but now That it saved me thousands of dollars I am so thankful I did.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Matrix from them. The engine coolant turned to rusty brown from green within 20 days of purchase (It's supposed to run at least 150k before degrading). The engine oil was bad while I had inspected the car before the purchase and they had agreed to change it while selling it to me. It looked not new but ok while I got it but turned black in 20 days (Which I had to pay). There was no information on possible defects on the car provided which was given by another dealer. While purchasing what I have felt is that, they don't correct or add any value to the car that they are selling. They get a car and sell it at higher price exploiting the current market of used cars. They might have just topped up the coolant and engine oil rather than flush out accompanied by a filter change to make it look good while purchase. While I was talking to their staff (whose name I would like not to mention), the owner (English speaking) confirmed with the staff that I don't understand French to continue to make arrangements about my car with the staff in French. The price of car was CAD 6,300, which is atleast CAD 1000 above the market value but I decided to take it as the interiors looked good, rusting was low and since there was no sign of oil leakage. A winter tire was not provided and the tires on the car were worn out summer tires. There was a wheel alignment issue which I thought would go off with new tires, it didn't. The staff had mentioned that they are liable for any damages of the car not caused by me for another 30 days from the sale but also mentioned that they may not cover it unless if I use their warranty (felt forced to go for warranty which I didn't though). When I see other bad reviews about them, I notice that, they disown the sale. If they do that to this, I will upload the proof of purchase and the conditions that I mentioned. The review will be updated if I find out it's not their fault.
