We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful clinic in Saskatoon. The doctors and nurses are caring, knowledgeable and supportive, and the care I received was amazing.

Jenna the receptionist is probably my favorite person. She is so welcoming. Dr. Gamelin is fantastic and caring. The clinic is always clean and inviting.

Would not recommend going to this clinic if you plan on trying to conceive. They never had straight answers when pregnancy tests came back negative. Did not feel supported when tests were negative. They just seem interested in the money... staff is friendly and environment is clean but their are better options in Saskatoon. Do not waste your time and money.

After a 5 year journey. I have patiently waited to write this review. This place is definitely preying on vulnerable people in Saskatchewan. We were diagnosed with ‘unexplained infertility,’ which is heartbreaking because you want answers when you are young. After 4 failed IUI’s and a failed ivf cycle (upon aurora recommendation), we decided to find out what this unexplained business was because Aurora convinced us these were our only options. After a laparoscopy with our local ob/gyn that revealed endometriosis that was subsequently removed, we have a happy ending naturally. Research and try your options with your local ob/gyn first people. Shame on Dr Gamelin and Aurora for the money grab and not presenting us with ALL of our options. Most things have answers if you seek them out.

we started out very hopeful about working with aroura. our first appointment went well for the most part, the Doctor we saw seemed a little annoyed that I asked a question to clarify why some of our previous labs were being retested, but at that point I just thought I was a little over sensitive and emotional as it is a emotional roller-coaster that we had already been on for a while. Our first and only (in person ) follow up  appointment our Doctor was a half hour late for our appointment for a 5 minute appointment. then after a year of naturally trying and a million Blood Tests with aroura, we were then told that it was just unexplained Infertility, So then we were put on Letrozole for 6 months, During one cycle of letrozole my period started on a long weekend, so I called and left a message panicking that I would miss trying that cycle since I had been told that you have to take letrozole on specific days of the cycle, when I got called back by a nurse I very rudely and passive aggressively got told that I can call them on a weekend and they will fill the prescription and that I could take letrozole later then the specific days. after a long time of just being on medicated cycles, we did a follow up by phone, and I asked our Doctor what more could be tested or looked at since obviously our trying on our own and medicated wasn't getting us anywhere I felt like she very defensively stated that there wasn't anything else to test for and no other testing that could be done. after that phone follow up, we Did two rounds of IUI, after each one any conversation we had for information was initiated by Me, there was no Doctor or nurse calling to see how it went or if I was ok emotionally, The concerning thing was that back in 2019 they conducted a endometrial Biopsy as there is a possibility of endometrial cancer, it was fine, but now in 2021 when I called to ask them what we should be doing to regulate my cycle as I was at a really long time in between cycles, and the nurse that called me back had to clarify by asking me weather or not I was on letrozole or not (which they should have checked there own charts to see if they had done a prescription or not) and then basically said to bad, or we could wait to have a phone follow up - so I felt like it wasn't taken seriously or supported. I also felt very frustrated and let down because after about three years of working with them we just had a diagnoses of unexplained infertility but then also told that there was no further testing that they could do and there was nothing besides trying IUI's at least 2 more times, and then progressing to IVF, which doesn't make since to try if we don't know what our underlying issues are, so I am walking away from the clinic with the feelings of no answers to what is going on with my body, no solutions to the health issues I came in with and less money and time then I went in with. I feel like with every interaction with aroura I walked away feeling - confused, sad, and angry. I felt crazy, I felt so emotionally unstable, and unsupported, which is the opposite of how you should be treated during such a emotional journey already with out feeling unsupported or that you are not being listened to. I stepped away from every interaction feeling like I had to fight for every single interaction and I got tired of Fighting with the people who are suppose to have the answers and suppose to be the support.

Excellent, compassionate doctors and staff. My options were clearly explained and I was given the freedom to pursue the treatments that were right for me and my husband at that time. I felt very supported throughout the process and never had an issue getting in for an appointment or speaking to a doctor or nurse with any questions or concerns I had. This place truely made going through and successfully beating infertility as good of an experience as possible

Dr. Case and her staff were wonderful to deal with. I did 3 cycles of IUI before moving onto a successful round if IVF. The nurses are caring and compassionate and always returned calls the same day. I would highly recommend.

Had great experience during our first visit. Staff at front desk were very kind and helpful. I have spoken many IVF specialized doctors in last one year but no one explained the situation as clear as Dr. Case did. With great patience Doctor addressed all our questions and was able to do ultrasound as well immediately to have a better understanding of our case. We were very satisfied and highly recommend.
