★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rdv rapide mais une des médecins est très bête elle n'est vraiment pas à l'écoute des patients.
J'ai dû me présenter 3 fois depuis 2 ans et a chaque fois je tombe sur cette médecin, selon elle je n'ai rien, c'est viral ou on ma même répondu que je cherchait un arrêt de travail?.. Quand j'ai vu un autre médecin a une autre clinique bizarre on m'a prescrit un antibiotique. Si ce n'était pas de cette médecin la clinique mériterait un 5 étoiles

I had to present myself 3 times in the past 2 years and each time I come across this doctor, according to her I have nothing, it's viral or they even told me that I was looking for a work stoppage? .. When I saw another doctor at another weird clinic I was prescribed an antibiotic. If it were not for this doctor, the clinic would deserve a 5 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est une bonne clinique, mais même avec un docteur de famille, ils te demandent de faire la file avec les autres. Si tu travailles de nuit, tu peux oublier sa. Il ne donne aucune suggestion ou pitié. La clinique ouvre à 8-9h mais j'peux vous assurer qu'il y aura du monde vers 6h du matin. Alors si tu veux un rendez vous tôt, bonne chance pour attendre dehors sous la pluie,neige,etc. En tout cas, c'est meilleur que l'hôpital, mais même à ça, attend toi pas à du "amazing" service.
It's a good clinic, but even with a family doctor, they ask you to stand in line with others. If you work at night, you can forget about it. He gives no suggestion or pity. The clinic opens at 8-9 am but I can assure you that there will be people around 6am. So if you want an early appointment, good luck waiting outside in the rain, snow, etc. In any case, it's better than the hospital, but even that, do not expect "amazing" service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la secrétaire et a mon medecin sont super patient avec moi cette année car j'essaie de trouver quel maudit problème j'ai loll et chaques fois ce rajoute bronchite etc par dessus ce que jai déja je dois donc souvent me faire soigner et jamais qu'on m'a parler bête ou quoi que ce soit malgé mes nombreux rendez-vous huy pham fait tout pour me soigner comme il le faut et j'attends pas 3 mois en tout cas un gros merci a cette clinique qui me suis depuis tout petite xx
the secretary and my doctor are super patient with me this year because I try to find what damn problem I have lol and each time it adds bronchitis etc on top of what I already have so I often have to get treatment and never only they talked to me silly or whatever despite my many appointments huy pham does everything to treat me properly and I don't wait 3 months in any case a big thank you to this clinic which has followed me since I was little xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are fine, but this clinic has terrible policies. Even if you have a family doctor, there is never an appointment slot, but somehow every day they take 30 walk-ins. There is basically no way to see doctor other than coming before 8:30 (when they open the doors) and wait outside no matter how cold it is (and how sick you are). Recently, they don't even give a time to walk-ins and make you stay there for hours without letting you go home and come back.
Terrible treatment of sick people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was always happy with the kind and care of Dr. Dang; she is a great person and a kind doctor. BUT....Ever since she decided to move her clinic to the slums sector on Saint-Hubert, I feel IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTMENT on her choice of local for her practice. The personnel is rude, cold and they are so fast to slam the door on your face. Maybe Dr. Dang is not aware of that kind of prison attitude toward her patients from her employees. Also, they NO LONGER ANSWER THE PHONE: a terrible malpractice coming from a health clinic. These people are a figment of what was the other stuff at her old 10/30 Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are great but receptionist never answer the phone. Really hard to get in communication with anyone. Love my family doctor but eversince she moved to this office it's impossible to reach her.
