Worst dealership experience, bought a used car, they didn't fix certain things on it before pickup. They also put a 14" and an 18" wiper blade on my vehicle, supposed to be two 15". When I called to complain they basically told me tough luck, you should of noticed it sooner. The used sales manager actually argued with me for 10 minutes questioning if I was lying and accused me of slandering the dealership. Then told me he didn't understand and I should be talking to someone else?!

Customer service is poor - they are willing to leave you without an equivalent vehicle for 2 weeks. I brought my 2018 Ram in for a 48,000km service and to diagnosis a humming sound. The mechanic looked at it and advised me that it needed a new fuel pump along with a rear differential. However, I was not offered an equivalent loaner vehicle or given the opportunity to have my truck back while waiting for the required parts – which could be up to 2 weeks forcing me to cancel my trip that relied on a vehicle that can haul. It seems strange that a dealer who sells trucks would not have an equivalent loaner truck and be unwilling to assist in finding one.

Very unpleasant new car purchasing experience with this dealership. The new car that I purchased has multiple defects that end up sending it back for fixing rather than enjoying. I wish I had read some of the previous reviews before I decided to make the purchase from them. I feel like a fool of trusting them. I was presented with two van with window sticker price of $49,XXX. When I decided to buy one of them, depend on trusting them, I did not pay attention to the exact vehicle I get. I did not even inspect or test drive the vehicle. He point and I signed the paper and pay the deposit. In Ontario, there is no cool down period, the purchaser will expect to loss the deposit if you change your mind once you sign the contract. I end up getting a car that has $5000 less option. Till now I already made 3 defective claims with the company. The car was ship to me at 6pm in a drizzle day inside the service bay with no light on. The next morning I realized the WHOLE windshield is full of air pocket bubble. I went back and the they say it is only cosmetic and I can drive it with no problem. With all the bubble reflecting under the sunlight and consider the density of the glass. I really don’t think this vehicle is safe. I was told that this Van has a special engine and in the contract, it listed as PVO (a special engine develop by Chrysler). However that is actually the lessor amount you get from your trade in. This vehicle also drive loud at 60-80 km and hopefully I don’t have any major problem with the wheels. After dealing with all their dishonesty, I went to another dealership to have the vehicle fix. This is what I suggest if you plan to purchase a vehicle from them 1) Double check the VIN number on the vehicle and the contract. 2) Take time to read through every single line on the contract. Ask if unsure and don’t rush into signing it. 3) Test drive the car make sure you like it and nothing wrong with it. Not every car drive the same. 4) Picked up the car and inspect it under bright sunlight and don’t drive it off the lot if found something wrong. Once the car is drive off the lot, they won’t exchanged it and it will loss 30% of the value if you trade it in to another vehicle. This dealership also doesn’t provide any courtesy ride to pick up the new car.

I took my Ram pickup to this dealer to have the Ignition switch replaced. They performed a recall on the tie rod ends of the vehicle at that time at no charge to me. When I got my vehicle back, the technician had neglected to do a front end alignment after the work and so the steering wheel was not strait. I had to take the vehicle back to them to have that condition corrected. Fast forward about 7000km later, I am in Alaska on a road trip, when I noticed that my two front tires have worn down to completely bald in just 2 months. Being a licensed mechanic myself, I quickly checked the alignment with a tape measure and verified that the alignment was not properly done, which is what caused the extreme and irregular tire wear. I had the tires replaced in Alaska, and immediately reached out to Aurora Chrysler to advise them of the situation, and to request that they cover the cost of the tires, and perform another alignment on my vehicle when I arrived home. I had to pester them for nearly 7 days before they responded, declining to cover any of my costs for damages. I sent another email with more questions about their decision and never got any response from them in writing only that I could come in and have a meeting. In that meeting the Dealership GM was going to β€œGoodwill” me some cash for my troubles (How can it be β€œgoodwill”… it was their mistake????). He offered my 50% (he assumed my tires were already half worn out, so he β€œprorated” the price, they were 8 months old) of his cost on tires. That’s roughly $150 to cover my $550 bill in Alaska. What a slap in the face to an otherwise good customer, who has now come back to them with problems 3 times on the same repair. Very unimpressed by the professionalism (or lack thereof) at this dealership. I was treated very poorly by the GM during our meeting, who actually opened the meeting with these words: β€œI don’t want this to take long, so here’s my offer, take it or leave it.” They are a great place to go for repairs, as long as nothing goes wrong. If you have a problem with something they’ve done, they clearly do not stand behind their work.

We live hours away and had chosen Aurora Chrysler because of their available inventory. Due to chip shortage our local dealerships did not have any vans for sale. Aurora Chrysler made purchasing our 2nd Caravan effortless!! I couldn't believe how fast and efficient service was done before we even got there to meet with our friendly agent Peter. I was starstruck that our van was fully loaded. I didn't expect that because the price was affordable!!! The service team was friendly and offered to help us learn what the van can do! Driving our caravan now for 3 months it's felt like more than I even deserve. Thank you Aurora Chrysler. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

Sales manager peter was professional and did his best to make the deal work in my budget. we had to go back and forth few times to make the payment numbers work over the phone but he got me approval from bank right away despite all the issues. Thanks Peter for your time and efforts! Hopefully we will come back for more business in future.

I only came for parts and was surprised that the parts department was a completely separate building behind the dealership. The parts rep was very knowledgeable and quick. Answered all of my questions and the parts I had order close to closing arrived first thing I'm the morning just after opening.
