Small but cozy. Very nice and welcoming employees. Great way to spend a rainy day.

Place is ok. Staff is friendly but it's not the biggest play center I've seen. Kid loved it but can be crowded very fast. Animation was So-so. Seen worst but also better

My daughter was invited by a friend for that friend birthday. The place is smaller than the other kids center so less noisy. The place is beautifully decorated. I'll be interested in visiting again.

Came here today with my 2 year old son and it was horrible. There were 3 Birthday parties and there were a lot of older kids, much much older than my son running around like crazy practically trampling the younger children. It was very dangerous. I walked in and spent about a minute there before deciding I will try and ask for a refund. I knew they wouldn't, but I had nothing to lose. I literally just got there and I explained to the women at the front that there were too many kids and since I just arrived, if I can please have a refund and would happily return another day when it is more safe for my 2 year old son to enjoy himself. Of course they said no. It isn't like I stayed an hour and then asked for the money. I walked in and saw how crazy it was and hoped since I am a regular there, that they would reimburse me. They should change that policy. Makes me not want to go back. Not only that, the quiet area that is for children aged 0-3 years had older children about 10 years old running around. Way too many kids all running in such a small space. It is just an accident waiting to happen. How can younger children enjoy themselves when they have to fear being trampled by older much bigger kids not looking and running like crazy through the place? About 5 different kids during the hour I spent there almost ran straight into my son. The best time to go is during the middle of the week during the day when there isn't too many people. I know I'm being a bit of brat, there are lots of kids sometimes and that's life. However, it is extremely dangerous for the younger children who can easily get hurt by gigantic kids running around and not looking where they are going. My son couldn't even go down the slide. The place was filled with school aged kids. I really loved this place, too bad they wouldn't give me my $15 back after spending 1 minute and realizing it is not safe for my toddler. So of course I stayed cause I didn't want to waste my money. My toddler couldn't do anything and couldn't enjoy himself at all since the place was swarming with kids. There wasn't even space to walk. Bad experience!

It's an amazing place for children's and families. There's a lot of fun. Just I think it could be cleaner

Too many kids cramed into one place. There's was 3 birthday party's already, and then all the other children. It's a really small "park" Also at the price point it's not something I recommend. If they'd limit the amount of people in at a time then I'd maybe change my mind abit

The complet site was rented out for a party. It's very versatile since kids have a play area to entertain themselves and parents can dance, chat, play games as they please.
