★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque de personnel, gros roulement de personnel dû à une ambiance toxique, manque de communication, manque d'écoute au niveau de la direction et erreurs médicales fréquentes. Certaines employées font un travail impeccable voir exceptionnel, ce qui est malheureusement gâché par le reste.
Lack of staff, high turnover due to a toxic atmosphere, lack of communication, lack of listening at the management level and frequent medical errors. Some employees do an impeccable or even exceptional job, which is unfortunately spoiled by the rest.

Il est vrai qu'il y a un roulement de personnel qui peut affecter la relation personnelle qui peut s'établir entre le/la bénéficiaire et le personnel mais cela ne change pas l'atmosphère de travail qui est très bonne autant que je puisse en juger comme proche-aidant, depuis plus de 3 ans.
Toute mes félicitations à l'équipe et à la direction de cet établissement.
For us, there is no better indicator of the quality of the place than their record in protecting the beneficiaries of the Covid. Their score is perfect!
It is true that there is a turnover of staff which can affect the personal relationship that can be established between the beneficiary and the staff but this does not change the working atmosphere which is very good as far as I can. judge as a caregiver, for more than 3 years.
